[摘要] 目的 了解終末期腎病血液透析患者血液透析治療的常規護理服務聯合營養護理服務方法。 方法 方便選擇該院2018年1月—2019年5月的60例終末期腎病血液透析患者,所有患者實施血液透析治療,隨機分組,常規護理服務組對老年患者進行了常規化護理服務,常規護理服務聯合營養護理服務組對終末期腎病血液透析的患者開展了常規護理服務聯合營養護理服務。比較兩組滿意比例;護理服務前后營養性指標、機體免疫功能指標;透析并發癥發生率。結果 常規護理服務聯合營養護理服務組100.00%滿意度對比常規護理服務組滿意比例70.00%更高,差異有統計學意義(χ2=6.878,P<0.05)。常規護理服務聯合營養護理服務組透析并發癥發生率更少,差異有統計學意義(χ2=5.023,P<0.05)。常規護理服務聯合營養護理服務組透析并發癥發生率有1例(3.33%),常規護理服務組是9例(30.00%)。 結論 終末期腎病血液透析患者實施常規護理服務聯合營養護理服務可改善終末期腎病血液透析患者的營養狀況和提高患者的免疫力,減少并發癥的發生,促進患者滿意度的提高。

Study on Nursing Methods and Nursing Effect of Hemodialysis Patients with End Stage Renal Disease

[Abstract] Objective To understand the routine nursing services combined with nutritional nursing services in hemodialysis patients with end-stage renal disease. Methods 60 cases of end-stage renal disease hemodialysis patients in the hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were convenient selected. All patients were treated with hemodialysis and randomly divided into groups. The routine care service group provided routine care services for elderly patients. The Service Nutrient Nursing Service Group conducted routine nursing services in conjunction with nutritional nursing services for patients with end-stage renal disease on hemodialysis. Satisfaction ratios were compared between the two groups; nutritional indicators, body immune function indicators before and after nursing services; and incidence of dialysis complications. Results The satisfaction rate of the general nursing service combined with the nutritional nursing service group was 100.00% higher than that of the conventional nursing service group by 70.00%, the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.878, P<0.05). The incidence of dialysis complications was lower in the routine nursing service and nutritional nursing service group, the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.023, P<0.05). The incidence of dialysis complications was 1 cases(3.33%) in the routine nursing service combined with the nutritional care service group and 9 cases(30.00%) in the routine care service group. Conclusion The implementation of routine nursing services combined with nutritional nursing services for patients with end-stage renal disease and hemodialysis can improve the nutritional status and immunity of patients with end-stage renal disease and hemodialysis, reduce the occurrence of complications and promote the improvement of patient satisfaction.

終末期腎病血液透析屬于臨床較為多見的腎臟之一,且發病率正在逐年增加,當前臨床治療終末期腎病血液透析的常用方法仍是血液透析,因醫療技術的不斷進步,血液透析治療終末期腎病血液透析的的效果逐漸提升,但也容易出現血液透析不良反應,需要及時給予護理服務[1-2]。該研究方便選擇該院的2018年1月—2019年5月之間60例終末期腎病血液透析患者,隨機分組,常規護理服務組對老年患者進行了常規化護理服務,常規護理服務聯合營養護理服務組對終末期腎病血液透析的患者開展了常規護理服務聯合營養護理服務。分析了終末期腎病血液透析患者血液透析治療的常規護理服務聯合營養護理服務方法,報道如下。……
