摘要:為更好地評價冷鏈物流供應商服務能力,降低合作風險,從企業戰略合作伙伴、客戶滿意度和環境友好性等3個維度構建冷鏈物流供應商服務評價指標體系。采用直覺模糊層次分析法在專家模糊偏好關系的基礎上求出指標權重;結合決策隸屬函數,基于加權算術平均算子對多個指標進行賦值優化計算,探討最佳冷鏈物流供應商選擇方案。定量化的計算結果表明,在選擇冷鏈物流供應商時,應該著重于供應商服務客戶的能力(包括商品交付完好率和準時性)和供應商自身的硬件素質。

Three-dimensional evaluation of cold chain logistics suppliers
based on intuitionistic fuzzy preference decision

Abstract: In order to better evaluate the service ability of cold chain logistics suppliers and reduce the risk of cooperation, the service evaluation index system of cold chain logistics suppliers is constructed from three dimensions: enterprise strategic partners, customer satisfaction and environmental friendliness. The intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to decide the index weight based on the fuzzy preference relationship of experts; combining with the decision membership function, the optimal selection scheme of cold chain logistics suppliers is discussed through the assignment optimization calculation for multiple indexes based on the weighted arithmetic average operator. The quantitative calculation results show that when selecting cold chain logistics suppliers, the ability of suppliers to serve customers (including the integrity rate and the punctuality of goods delivery) and the quality of hardware of suppliers themselves should be paid much attention.

0 引 言
根據中國物流與采購聯合會冷鏈物流專業委員會《中國冷鏈物流發展報告(2018)》,2011—2017年我國生鮮產品規模保持穩定增加,其中2017年我國生鮮(肉類、水產品、禽蛋、牛奶、蔬菜、水果)市場規模達到13.28億t,冷鏈交易額達4 700億元[1]。在生鮮產品需求快速擴大的背景下,由于生鮮企業不具備專業的冷鏈物流運作體系,也沒有冷鏈物流配送中心,所以旨在把生鮮美味高效、完好地送到人們餐桌上的第三方冷鏈物流供應商大量興起。目前市場上冷鏈物流供應商數量較多但服務質量參差不齊,生鮮企業如何選擇良好的冷鏈物流供應商來完成產品從產地到消費者餐桌的位移服務變得至關重要。
