果酸換膚聯合阿達帕林凝膠外用治療輕中度痤瘡的臨床效果及安全性分析

【摘要】 目的：探析輕中度痤瘡患者應用果酸換膚聯合阿達帕林凝膠外用治療的臨床效果及安全性。方法：將2018年1月-2019年6月在筆者所在醫院治療的120例輕中度痤瘡患者選為觀察對象，按照隨機原則分成對照組與試驗組，各60例。對照組單獨予以阿達帕林凝膠外用治療，試驗組予以果酸換膚聯合阿達帕林凝膠外用治療，比較兩組臨床療效、治療前后皮損計數、不良反應發生率。結果：試驗組臨床總有效率為96.67%，高于對照組的81.67%，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后兩組粉刺、膿皰、丘疹皮損計數均低于治療前，且試驗組各指標計數均低于對照組，差異均有統計學意義（P<0.05）。試驗組不良反應發生率為5.00%，對照組為3.33%，差異無統計學意義（P>0.05）。結論：輕中度痤瘡患者應用果酸換膚聯合阿達帕林凝膠外用治療的臨床效果更加確切，能夠有效減輕患者皮損程度，且不會明顯增加不良反應，具有安全、可靠的特點。

Clinical Efficacy and Safety Analysis of Fruit Acid Peeling Combined with Adapalene Gel for External Treatment of Mild to Moderate Acne/LIN Hui. //Chinese and Foreign Medical Research， 2020， 18（16）： -25

[Abstract] Objective： To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of patients with mild to moderate acne treated with Fruit Acid peeling and Adapalene Gel. Method： A total of 120 mild to moderate acne patients treated in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as observation objects， and were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random principle， with 60 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given external treatment with Adapalene Gel alone. Patients in the experimental group were treated with Fruit Acid peeling and external treatment with Adapalene Gel. The clinical effect， the number of skin lesions before and after treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Result： The total clinical effective rate in the experimental group was 96.67%， which was higher than 81.67% in the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. After treatment， the skin lesions of acne， pustules and papules in the two groups were lower than those before treatment， and the indexes in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 5.00%， and which in the control group was 3.33%， the difference was not statistically significant （P>0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of the application of Fruit Acid peeling and Adapalene Gel external treatment in patients with mild to moderate acne is more precise， which can effectively reduce the degree of skin lesions without significantly increasing adverse reactions. It is safe and reliable.

痤瘡是一種慢性毛囊皮脂腺炎癥性疾病，多發于面部，主要表現為粉刺、膿皰、丘疹等癥狀，炎癥重者可出現疼痛感，對患者身心健康有著極大的影響[1]。在臨床治療中，維A酸類藥物應用十分普遍，其中阿達帕林凝膠是治療輕中度痤瘡的首選藥物，具有良好的治療效果，但會對患者局部皮膚產生一定的刺激作用，使得患者無法積極配合[2]。果酸作為一種滲透性強、安全性高的藥物，在痤瘡治療中得到了廣泛應用[3]。因此，為了進一步研究果酸換膚聯合阿達帕林凝膠外用治療的效果，本文現將2018年1月-2019年6月在筆者所在醫院治療的120例輕中度痤瘡患者選為觀察對象，報道總結如下。……
