高校輔修專業情況調查及思考

摘 要 文中財經學院從2011年至今開設輔修專業，本文通過問卷調查等方法研究輔修金融學及會計學專業學生的學習以及教學現狀，分析輔修專業教育存在的問題并提出對策和建議，以完善輔修專業教學管理模式，促進輔修教育教學質量的提高。

Abstract The implementation of minor specialty is an effective mode and an important way for colleges and universities to cultivate compound talents. The College of Finance and Economics has offered minor majors since 2011.This paper studies the study and teaching status of students majoring in finance and accounting by means of questionnaires， analyses the problems existing in the minor education and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions， so as to improve the teaching management mode of minor specialty and promote the improvement of the teaching quality of minor education.

高校輔修專業指在校本科學生在修讀主修專業期間，跨學科學習另一專業的學位課程，能夠讓學有余力的學生充分利用學校多學科的教育資源，學到更多的知識，提高人才競爭能力。大多數的在校本科生在二、三年級選擇修讀輔修專業。本文以集美大學輔修財經學院金融學、會計學專業的學生為調查對象。通過收集資料了解財經學院輔修專業的設置、學生學習情況、組織管理情況。通過問卷形式調查學生選擇的動機和學習狀況，通過訪談形式調查選擇修讀輔修專業的學生對輔修專業的滿意度、原因。

1集美大學財經學院輔修專業設置

（1）專業設置、學制、學分。財經學院開設會計學、金融學兩個輔修專業，學制2年，金融學專業教學計劃規定最低畢業學分70，會計學專業教學計劃規定最低畢業學分69。

（2）培養目標。金融學、會計學都是經管類熱門專業，通過專業系統的學習，完成教學計劃中各項基礎、理論、實踐課程，使得學生能夠成為適應社會經濟、科學技術發展需要，知識能力素質協調發展，具有跨學科知識背景以及創新精神，勝任金融、會計等經管類工作的應用型職業人才。……
