摘要:對黔南地區成體大鯢(Andrias davidianus)進行了14個月喂養觀察試驗。結果表明,成體大鯢體長生長和體質量生長是兩個完全不同的過程,二者之間反向關系明顯;體長生長與水溫呈正向關系;體質量生長與水溫關系復雜,有高溫和低溫限制。大鯢喜歡陰暗安靜的環境,食性范圍較廣;排出團狀或細沙狀糞便,且進食越多,排便次數就越多。大鯢具有蛻皮習性,蛻皮次數與體質量生長具有正向關系。黔南地區飼養的大鯢很少冬眠,在生長高峰期投喂充足餌料,能夠有效促進增重率;用福壽螺配合飼料喂養鯉魚,再用活鯉魚喂養大鯢,可以顯著提高人工養殖大鯢的經濟效益。

Abstract: The feeding experiment on AdultsAndrias davidianusin Qiannan region lasted for 14 months and the results were as follows: Growth of body length and one of body mass were both different procedures and the obvious reverse relation existed in the both procedures. Positive relation existed between growth of body length and water temperature. The relation between growth of body mass and water temperature was complex and this kind of growth was confined by high and low temperature. Andrias davidianus liked dark and quiet conditions and had a wide diet. The more it defecated, the more it ate. The faeces looked like masslike or sandlike. Andrias davidianus had the habit of molting and the relation was positive between molting frequency and growth of body mass. The hibernation of Andrias davidianus was seldom observed indoors in Qiannan region and the increasing rate of weight could be effectively promoted by feeding enough bait in the peak growth period. The economic benefits of artificial breedingcould be significantly increased by feeding live carps fed by compound feedwith Pomacea canaliculata.

黔南布依族苗族自治州地處貴州高原向廣西丘陵過渡的斜坡地帶,地勢北高南低,屬于亞熱帶濕潤季風氣候區,雨量充沛,冬無嚴寒,夏無酷暑。州內溪流、河流縱多,其境內野生大鯢(Andrias davidianus)資源豐富,尤以貴定縣巖下鄉所產的大鯢最為有名,貴定縣因此于2016年7月被國家有關部門授予“中國娃娃魚之鄉”的稱號。大鯢叫聲猶如嬰兒啼哭,俗稱娃娃魚,是國家Ⅱ級重點保護野生動物,具有很高的科研價值、營養價值和藥用價值,并且具有較高的觀賞性[1]。由于棲息地破壞、環境污染、氣候變化、過度捕撈等問題,中國野生大鯢種群數量急劇下降,分布范圍變窄[2]。目前,大鯢的人工養殖方興未艾,養殖技術不斷成熟,具有廣袤的發展前景[3]。因此,觀察和研究大鯢的生長及生活習性,為黔南地區人工養殖大鯢提供基礎數據和參考資料。
1 材料與方法
1.1 材料
購買人工養殖的成體大鯢3只,體長(560±27) mm,體質量(1.25±0.13) kg,養殖在黔南民族師范學院生物科學與農學院動物實驗室。喂養食物包括泥鰍(購于農貿市場)、鯉魚(主要用福壽螺配合飼料喂食生長)、溪蟹和青蝦(采自野外小溪)、蚯蚓(校園采集)等鮮活動物。
1.2 觀察方法
對大鯢進行高錳酸鉀消毒處理后,放入已消毒的直徑800 mm塑料大盆中(每盆1只),有效水容積約為50 L(水面沒過大鯢體表50 mm);盆底墊少量石塊,盆口蓋鐵絲網,硬紙殼適量遮光。用塑料桶(直徑500 mm,高度900 mm)裝自來水,曝氣48 h以上作為養殖水源,供氧機通入塑料桶輔助曝氣。每天17:00定時給大鯢投喂活體食物,并記錄食物種類和數量,次日8:00、12:00、17:00記錄溫度時觀察剩余的食物數量,并記錄進食情況;遇活體食物死亡時,撈出并丟棄,每日換水1/2。觀察期間,塑料盆中置有溫度計,每天記錄3次水溫,并計算出該日平均水溫;每個月計算出月平均水溫(表1)。
