數字化技術在全口義齒中的應用

摘要：伴隨著世界老齡化的進程，無牙頜患者數量也逐漸增多。傳統全口義齒的設計及制作多依賴于牙科醫生及口腔技師的臨床經驗和加工制作技術，存在著患者就診次數多、義齒加工制作步驟繁瑣、牙列精確度不高等問題。近年來，三維掃描、計算機輔助設計和計算機輔助制造（CAD/CAM）、三維打印等技術在全口義齒修復的各個環節已有廣泛研究和應用，并且數字化全口義齒在全口義齒設計與制作等方面具有顯著優勢，數字化技術已然成為全口義齒修復的重要發展方向。本文主要對全口義齒修復各個步驟中數字化技術的應用進展進行綜述，旨在提高全口義齒修復的效果。

Application of Digital Technology in Complete Denture

Abstract：As the world ages， the number of patients with edentulous jaws is gradually increasing. The design and manufacture of traditional complete dentures mostly relies on the clinical experience and processing technology of dentists and dental technicians. There are problems such as a large number of patient visits， complicated denture processing steps， and low dentition accuracy. In recent years， three-dimensional scanning， computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing （CAD/CAM）， three-dimensional printing and other technologies have been extensively researched and applied in all aspects of complete denture restoration， and digital complete dentures are used in the design and production of complete dentures. With significant advantages in other aspects， digital technology has become an important development direction for complete denture restoration. This article mainly reviews the application progress of digital technology in each step of complete denture restoration， aiming to improve the effect of complete denture restoration.

隨著世界人口老齡化的加重，無牙頜患者數量逐漸增多，全口義齒修復的需求也將日益增長。目前種植全口義齒因具有良好的預后及使用效果常作為口腔醫生的首選，但其費用高昂、對患者全身健康狀況要求嚴格等特點，在臨床推廣中具有一定局限性。因此傳統全口義齒在未來較長時間內仍將是無牙頜患者的主要修復方式。傳統全口義齒的設計及制作方式多依賴于牙科醫生及口腔技師的臨床經驗和加工制作技術，存在患者就診次數多，義齒加工制作步驟繁瑣，耗時長，牙列精確度不高等問題。目前，隨著計算機技術、快速成……
