2020線上智博會開幕式上，遠在世界各地的智博會嘉賓通過視頻方式，向本屆智博會發來賀詞，共同展望全球大數據智能化領域發展新愿景。

At the 2nd Smart China Expo， Chongqing showed the world the massive opportunities it had to build a global big data intelligent application center. 重慶是大韓民國臨時政府舊址和光復軍總司令部舊址所在地，與韓國獨立運動淵源深厚。因此，重慶是許多韓國人希望到訪的一座城市。文在寅總統于2017年訪問重慶，韓國國務總理也于2019年訪問重慶。去年，適逢“3.1運動”和大韓民國臨時政府成立100周年，在中國中央政府和重慶市政府的幫助下，韓國光復軍總司令部舊址得以復建完工。

今年，中韓兩國攜手共同應對新冠肺炎疫情，韓國仁川市向重慶市捐贈了防疫物資，重慶市也向友好合作城市首爾市捐贈了防疫物資。希望這種合作關系在將來能夠持續深化。愿SK海力士、韓泰輪胎和現代汽車等在渝韓資企業，作為中韓未來智能產業合作的伙伴，與中國企業一道攜手發展，共創未來。

Nowadays， the cutting edge industries such as AI and intelligent manufacturing have become an important part of our life. I think the theme of Smart China Expo comes just in time. It is expected that this Smart China Expo can add more momentum to Chongqing's leadership in intelligent technology development.

As the seat of the provisional government of the Republic of Korea and the general headquarters of Korean Liberation Army， Chongqing enjoys a profound relationship with the Korean independence movement. So， Chongqing is a city that many Koreans wish to visit. President Moon Jae-in visited Chongqing in 2017， the Prime Minister of South Korea also visited the city in 2019. Last year marked the 100th anniversary of the "March-1st movement" and the establishment of the provisional government of the Republic of Korea， with the assistance of the central government of China and the Chongqing Municipal Government， the general headquarters of Korean Liberation Army was restored.

This year， China and South Korea ?joined hands to combat COVID-19. Incheon city of South Korea donated anti-epidemic supplies to Chongqing city. Chongqing also donated anti-epidemic supplies to Seoul-a friendly city of cooperation. It is hoped that this cooperative relationship will continue to deepen in the future. It is also expected that SK Hynix， Hankook Tire， Hyundai Motor and other South Korean funded enterprises in Chongqing， as the partners of China and South Korea's future intelligent industry cooperation， will work together with Chinese enterprises to develop and create a better future together.

On behalf of Chongqing's friendly city of Hiroshima， I would like to convey my sincere wishes to Chongqing on the occasion of the 2020 Smart China Expo Online. Since the twinning of friendship cities between Chongqing and Hiroshima in 1986， we have carried out extensive exchanges in the fields of culture， sports， environment， healthcare and academic research. In August this year， at the International Youth Conference for Peace in the Future held in Hiroshima， 12 teenagers from Chongqing exchanged views with their counterparts from Hiroshima and other cities.
