提高醫學編輯專業素質、建設編輯學者化的編輯隊伍

摘 要 醫學編輯專業素質問題一直是一個無法回避的問題，依靠外部培養可能性不大，只有依靠編輯部自身培養與借鑒兄弟院校的力量才是解決問題的唯一出路。補足缺失的課程及知識短板、熟練掌握編排規范、不斷重新構筑編輯自身的知識結構才能培養出比較理想的優秀編輯。這就要求全體編輯同仁為建立健全學者化的編輯隊伍、促進醫學編輯事業的蓬勃發展做出不懈努力。

Abstract The professional quality of medical editors has always been an unavoidable problem. We cannot rely on external training， but only relay on the editorial department and peer colleges. Only by making up for the related courses and knowledge， mastering the rules of editing and typesetting and constantly re-constructing the knowledge structure of editors， can we cultivate excellent editors. Therefore， we should make unremitting efforts to establish a scholarly editor team and promote the vigorous development of medical editing.

科技期刊是學術交流、知識傳播及知識儲備的載體，展示科技思想、研究成果、科研實力的門戶，培養科研人才的搖籃。也是編輯人員展實力、現思想的途徑。期刊質量的高低取決于論文質量的高低，論文質量的高低取決于作者水平與編輯水平的高低。近年來，由于政策導向偏頗，導致優質稿源外流，嚴重的影響了我國期刊在國際上的競爭力及展示平臺的構建。原因雖然眾多，但期刊編輯負有不可推卸的責任，因為論文的再創作是編輯直接參與的，而醫學論文編輯更應該具備較強的專業知識、較好的編輯加工能力、較為熟練的科研設計及統計學功底，并能及時地了解與掌握科學動態，因此，建立編輯學者化編輯隊伍十分必要。醫學期刊的專業化具有較高的專業素質。現就提高醫學編輯專業素質、建設編輯學者化編輯隊伍的幾個問題分述如下。
