[摘要] 目的 分析循證護理與情景模擬法實踐在頭頸外科護理教學查房中的應用。方法 選取2017年2月—2019年 6月期間該院頭頸外科的80名實習護生,隨機分為對照組和觀察組,每組40名護生。對照組采用常規(guī)教學,觀察組采用循證護理與情景模擬法實踐教學,對比兩組護生的考試成績和綜合能力評分。結果 觀察組學生理論成績(95.2±1.3)分和實踐操作成績(94.8±1.8)分高于對照組(P<0.05),觀察組學生綜合能力中學習興趣評分(92.8±2.3)分、護理程序應用能力評分(94.8±1.1)分、臨床適應能力評分(93.8±2.2)分、應急能力評分(90.8±3.7)分、溝通能力評分(94.1±1.7)分、團結協(xié)作能力評分(91.9±3.6)分高于對照組(P<0.05)。 結論 頭頸外科護理教學查房中應用循證護理與情景模擬法教學可提高學生理論基礎和實踐操作水平,提升學生綜合素養(yǎng)。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the application of evidence-based nursing and scenario simulation practice in head and neck surgery nursing teaching rounds. Methods From February 2017 to June 2019, 80 nursing students in the head and neck surgery of the hospital were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 40 nursing students in each group. The control group used conventional teaching, and the observation group used evidence-based nursing and scenario simulation to practice teaching. The test scores and comprehensive ability scores of the two groups of nursing students were compared. Results The observation groups theoretical score (95.2±1.3)points and practical performance (94.8±1.8)points were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05), and the observation groups comprehensive ability score of learning interest (92.8±2.3)points, nursing program application ability score (94.8±1.1)points, clinical adaptability score (93.8±2.2)points, emergency response ability score (90.8±3.7)points, communication ability score (94.1±1.7)points, unity and cooperation ability score (91.9±3.6)points, were higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing and scenario simulation teaching in head and neck surgery nursing teaching rounds can improve students' theoretical foundation and practical operation level, and improve their comprehensive literacy.

循證護理是近幾年臨床中使用比較廣泛的護理方式,該護理方式建立在緊密計劃的基礎之上,是通過謹慎選擇臨床護理經(jīng)驗,并獲取相關證據(jù)之后,整理出一套護理流程[1]。情景模擬法則是通過模擬實際環(huán)境,加入工作的實際要素,鍛煉學生的操作能力,該教學方式具有較強的代入感,能夠讓學生置身于實際的工作環(huán)境當中,考驗和鍛煉其能力[2]。頭頸外科是一個工作環(huán)境比較復雜的科室,接收的患者多為病情復雜且病癥嚴重,如頸部炎性疾病、頸部血管性疾病、腮腺疾病、頸部腫瘤等,導致臨床護理難度升高,要求護士擁有較高的理論知識水平和實踐操作能力,同時該科室患者病情多變,這就需要護士擁有良好的應變及應急能力。護理實習生未來多數(shù)將會從事相關護理工作,所以,需要提高自己的理論知識與實踐技能,更好地為患者服務。在進行頭頸外科護理教學時,不同的教學方式產(chǎn)生的教學效果有所不同。因此,該研究選取2017年2月—2019年6月期間該院頭頸外科的80名實習護生,探討循證護理與情景模擬法的應用效果,現(xiàn)報道如下。
