建筑設計:立木設計
這是一所位于汕頭的幼兒教師學校,98%以上的學生是該地區的女性。設計致力于提供自然、自由、平等的空間,以激勵這些即將成為幼兒教師的女性實現自我的追求,并將這種觀念通過教育傳播給當地的兒童。
我們以FOREST(自然)、FREEDOM(自由)、FEMINIE(女性)為設計理念,以低影響開發、自由空間流線和女性價值為三大切入點,使這項建設校園的財政預算為學生和社區創造更大的價值。
校園是一處“巨型幼兒園”,學生們在這里重歸童年、融入自然、互助互愛,“自由”“平等”“獨立”的觀念滲透到空間與教學之中,并能夠借助她們未來的工作與生活來傳播。因此,這所學校的設計在建造、空間、價值上都具有可持續性。
設計因循地勢而不是挖山填池,將更多的空間釋放給原始的樹林和草地。
學校選址在海邊林地,依山面海的絕佳地理條件給了這個校園以無限可能。我們希望這所學校能夠歷久彌新,在規劃、建造、使用上都具有可持續性。自然是生活的來源,是一切教育的起始。我們充分利用了一切平地與緩坡,通過對坡度、坡向等用地條件分析,將所有平地和緩坡充分利用,作為建筑和硬質場地。建筑以謙卑的姿態生長在自然之中,灰泥為主的立面樸素大方、肌理豐富,并且能夠耐受海邊驕陽與狂風的考驗。
設計遵循地勢將操場架空于山頂,減少土方量以降低工程造價。山頂操場位于校園的最高處,“無邊”的設計賦予其擁山納海的氣勢,而食堂就巧妙地藏在操場之下,借助“項鏈”般的坡道同操場相連。在操場跑步的時候,仿佛置身于山林云海,這種獨一無二的體驗將成為學生們難忘的回憶。琴房布局在生活區東側,盡端是無邊泳池,無限山海風光盡收眼底。
我們不僅提倡低影響開發方式,更鼓勵“自由”的幼師教育理念。
設計試圖構建一個如童年般自由快樂的烏托邦,幫助這些年輕女性回歸童年,在無限自由的氛圍中學習如何成為兒童、引導兒童和教育兒童。
幼師校園規劃打破了傳統大學校園里的兵營式和行列式,將所有的空間打散、混合、重組、消隱,從而實現使用流線的大自由。在這所學校里,所有的教室都以獨立單元的形式呈現,我們通過創新的設計手法使一個“巨型幼兒園”成為可能。設計以“非競爭,重合作”的教育理念為空間核心,充足連續的共享空間將成為整個校園最具活力的場所,充足連續的共享空間將成為整個校園最具活力的場所。
我們非常注重這所幼師學校對于地區的價值,女性學生在這里揮灑青春、學習技能、重塑觀念,并借助未來的工作將女性價值傳遞給下一代。
幾乎所有的學生在畢業后都會在當地工作,而在她們入學之前,“女性是次要的”幾乎是整個當地社區灌輸給她們的傳統認知。一般來說,女性學生18歲入學,21歲畢業,剛好是她們樹立世界觀和價值觀最關鍵的時期。我們的措施包括以下幾個方面:(1)通過可持續設計降低造價,從而使更多的預算用來提升學生的空間體驗,比如這個學校擁有270°視角的海景操場、無邊泳池、超過500間獨立琴房等設施,遠超國家標準;(2)空間設計更多地照顧女性的視角和審美,為這些女性學生提供一個安全、溫馨的庇護所,使她們的校園生活足夠快樂和幸福;(3)與當地幼兒園合作,確保幾乎所有學生在畢業后都能獲得一份穩定的工作,鼓勵女性學生放棄僅將家庭主婦作為自我認同;(4)將自由平等的理念貫穿于教學生活,并借助于幼兒教師的力量向更多的兒童傳播;(5)通過入學政策鼓勵更多男學生成為幼兒教師,使社會更多地接納男性也參與到“教育兒童”之中,從而潛移默化地影響社區。

1 幼師學校整體模型/Overall model
This is a local preschool teachers' college with more than 98% of students being local girls. The design of the campus is committed to providing a natural, free and equal space to inspire these girls who will become preschool teachers to achieve selfpursuits and spread this concept to local children through education.
"FOREST", "FREEDOM", and "FEMINIE"is our design concept, which takes low-impact development, free space lines and women's value as the three entry points, taking greater advantage of the fiscal budget for the good of students and the community. The campus is a "giant kindergarten",where students return to childhood, integrate with nature, and help and love each other. The concept of "freedom", "equality", and "independence"permeates through space and teaching, and spreads through students' future work and life. In that way,the design of this college is sustainable in terms of construction, space and value.
The design follows the terrain instead of digging mountains and filling ponds, freeing up more space to the original forest and grass.
The college is located in the woodland by the sea, which gives this campus infinite possibilities.We hope that this campus will be long-lasting and sustainable in planning, constructing and using.Nature is the source of life and the beginning of education. We make full use of all flats and gentle slopes for construction ground and firm ground after analysing the land use conditions of the slope grade and aspect. The buildings grow in nature humbly with the stucco-based fa?ade that is simple, decent and rich in texture. Moreover, they can also testify to exposure to the sun and the strong wind from the sea.
The terrain-following design puts the sports ground on the top of the mountain to reduce the amount of earthwork so as to lower the project cost. The hilltop sports ground stands at the highest point of the campus with the vigor to embrace the mountains and the sea thanks to the design concept of "boundless". The canteen is subtly hidden under the sports ground and connected to the sports ground by means of the "necklace" ramp. When running on the sports ground, students will feel like being surrounded by mountains and clouds, and this unique experience will become an unforgettable memory for them. The piano room is located on the east side of the living area, with a pool with no edges at the end, dwar fing the mountains and sea.

We not only promote low-impact development,but also encourage the concept of "free" preschool teacher education.
The design aims at building a utopian that is as free and happy as childhood, which, by helping young ladies return to childhood, teaches them to become children, guide children and educate children in an atmosphere of unlimited freedom.
The campus planning breaks down the traditional pattern of barrack- and rank-style,and dissembles, mixes, reorganises, and hides all parts, thereby achieving great freedom in using streamline space. In this school, all the classrooms are presented in independent units, and a "giant kindergarten" becomes possible through innovative design methods. The design is centred on the"cooperation over competition" education concept,and sufficient and continuous shared space will become the most dynamic place on the campus.
We attach great importance to the value of this college to the whole area. Girls are here to spend youth, learn skills, reshape concepts, and transfer female value to the next generation through their future work.
Almost all students will work in the local area after graduation, and before they enter school,"women are secondary" is a consensus instilled in them by the entire local society. Generally speaking,girls enroll at the age of 18 and graduate at the age of 21, which is the most critical period for them to establish their worldviews and other values. Our measures include the following aspects: (1) Reduction of construction cost through sustainable design, so that more budget can be used to enhance students'space experience. For example, the school has a 270-degree seascape sports ground, an in finity pool,and more than 500 independent piano rooms, far exceeding national standards. (2) More cares of spatial design for women's perspective and aesthetics,providing a safe and warm shelter for them to make their campus life safe and happy. (3) Cooperation with local kindergartens to ensure that almost all students can get a stable job after graduation, and encourage girls to stop taking housewife as the sole self-identity.(4) Stick to the concept of freedom and equality throughout teaching life and spread it to more children through the power of preschool teachers.(5) Encouragement of more candidates to become preschool teachers by the help the enrollment policy,so that the society will become more accusumed to men participating in "educating children" and then in fiuence the community subtly.
