沸騰里“孔明燈”，四川，中國

天府沸騰里位于成都。這是一個以火鍋文化、音樂文化、民俗文化為核心的近郊文旅項目。在本案中，和睿設計在把握整個沸騰里從規劃設計到細節落實的同時，還負責了其內部一個小型的標志性建筑的設計。

一個是中型的規劃項目，一個是占地僅200m2的單體建筑，尺度迥異，設計策略、建筑語言不盡相同。然而我們在其中的理念與思考卻是一以貫之，試圖找尋屬于成都的城市精神內核，正如我們所說，“關于一座城市的記憶，一座城市的節奏，一座城市的精神?！痹O計之初，基于對所處場所的特殊性以及城市地域的多元性考慮，成都已然成為一個包羅萬象的有態度的大都會，足以支撐有趣的設計在此生根發芽，但沸騰里明顯已有著強勢的業態及固定的語匯。如何在沸騰里安置一個“沸騰”卻不同，有趣又屬于成都的小建筑？

本文我們將從具體的設計角度介紹這座標志性的建筑單體如何用現代的語言來表達對成都這個城市的印象。

如何去設計一個體現成都城市性格的建筑，讓每一個到訪的人都有著“這就是成都”的感受？如何針對審美疲勞、目標客群和現實造價等諸多真實問題去尋求突變？

這是一個街巷里的房子，用地近似于方形。我們打破傳統布局所營造的街巷空間尺度，將首層放開，從而讓街巷的這一段從一個線性空間延伸成為空間場所，成為人群匯集的交流地，一個有頂的廣場。

成都給我們的印象是什么？巴適，輕松，愜意。那么我們就做一個微醺的、輕飄飄的、巴適的建筑來暗合她的內核。“輕浮”是成都人微醺的輕飄飄的生活狀態。那么如何顯得很“輕浮”呢？一個漂浮的半透明的發光體應運而生，它像一盞紙燈停留在場地半空。漂浮，是微醺的生活狀態，透亮，是明朗又曖昧的天光

整個建筑由5個部分組成，底層架空形成的廣場，將人流聚集于此；錯動豐富的內部空間，營造出不同尺度的空間感受；一條向上盤旋的流線，將每個不同尺度的空間串聯；輕質的龍骨則勾勒出建筑的整個形體；最后用半透明、整潔的表皮，將這些豐富的內里若隱若現地映襯出來。建筑表皮采用織物幕墻系統，由外觀內，是朦朧的燈光和影影綽綽的人像。由內觀外，則是無所遮擋的、加了“濾鏡”的景觀。

這座輕飄飄半透明的建筑從底下的方形廣場升起，懸浮在空中散發著柔和的光，這就是我們理解的成都的氛圍和精神狀態，也是我們所期待的“沸騰且優雅”的城市對談。

Tianfu Boiling town is located in Chengdu. This is a suburban cultural tourist project with hotpot culture, music culture and folk culture as the core.In this case, while grasping the planning and design of the whole Boiling town to the implementation of details, ORIA is also responsible for the design of a small landmark in the town.

One is a medium-sized planning project, the other is a single building with an area of only 200 square metres, with different scales, design strategies and architectural languages. However, our ideas and thinking are consistent, trying to find the core of the city spirit belonging to Chengdu. As we said,the memory of a city, the rhythm of a city, the spirit of a city. At the beginning of the design, due to the particularity of the site and the diversity of the urban area, Chengdu has become an encompassing metropolis with strong personality, which is enough to support the germination of an interesting design. However, in Boiling Town, it obviously has clear functions and fixed vocabulary. Then how to set up a "boiling" but different,interesting and small building belonging to Chengdu?

In this article, we will introduce how this building expresses the impression of Chengdu in modern language.

How to design a building that refiects the urban features of Chengdu, so that every visitor has the feeling of "this is Chengdu"? How to seek mutation for aesthetic fatigue, target customers and real cost?

This is a building among streets and lanes. The site is almost a square plot. We break down the traditional layout of the street space scale, open the first floor, so that this section of the street from a linear space into a stereoscopic space, a covered plaza, a place for people to gather.

What is the impression of Chengdu? Cosy, relaxed and comfortable. Then we will make a slightly drunk,light and comfortable building to fit her core. Light and fioating is the lightly-drunk and lazy life state of Chengdu people. So how to look like light and fioating?A floating translucent luminous body emerges. It is like a paper lamp staying in the middle of the field,transparent, as if it is a clear and hazy sky light.

The whole building is composed of five parts. The square formed by the overhead ground fioor gathers the flow of people here. The rich internal space is staggered to create a space feeling of different scales.A spiral streamline connects each space of different scales. The light keel outlines the whole body of the building. Finally, the semi-translucent and clean skin is used to present the rich interior. Fabric curtain wall system is adopted for the building fa?ade. From the outside, we can see the dim light and shadowy figures inside; from the inside, we can see the outside landscape through a filter with no shelter.

This light and translucent building, like Kongming lantern, rises from the square below and fioats in the air with soft light. This is the atmosphere and mental state of Chengdu. It is also a "boiling and elegant" urban dialogue we are looking forward to.
