老撾首都因新冠疫情再次延長(zhǎng)“封城”期限

6月4日，老撾政府發(fā)布通告指出，部分放松新冠疫情防控措施，但再次延長(zhǎng)老撾首都萬(wàn)象“封城”期限15天至6月19日。鑒于部分省市尤其萬(wàn)象持續(xù)發(fā)現(xiàn)社區(qū)傳播病例，政府認(rèn)為有必要繼續(xù)采取新冠防控限制措施。為緩解疫情對(duì)商業(yè)和生活的影響，政府決定繼續(xù)允許商業(yè)中心、批發(fā)和零售商鋪開業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)，部分放松疫情防控措施。

“中國(guó)旅游文化周”線上活動(dòng)盛大開啟

6月1日，以“美麗中國(guó)”為主題的“中國(guó)旅游文化周”宣傳片驚艷亮相老撾中國(guó)文化中心官方網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)，隆重開啟為期一個(gè)月的老撾“中國(guó)旅游文化周”系列線上活動(dòng)。該活動(dòng)由中國(guó)文化和旅游部國(guó)際交流與合作局主辦，結(jié)合老撾受眾特點(diǎn)，整合國(guó)內(nèi)數(shù)字資源，用中老文全方位隆重推出涵蓋“非遺與美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)”“冰雪旅游”“美食文化”三大版塊的精彩活動(dòng)內(nèi)容，講述中國(guó)故事，展示中國(guó)文化和旅游魅力。

越南相關(guān)機(jī)場(chǎng)暫停所有入境國(guó)際客運(yùn)航班

5月31日，為貫徹落實(shí)國(guó)家新冠肺炎疫情防控指導(dǎo)委員會(huì)和交通運(yùn)輸部的指導(dǎo)意見(jiàn)，越南航空局通知內(nèi)排國(guó)際航空港自越南時(shí)間2021年6月1日0時(shí)至2021年6月7日暫停所有入境國(guó)際客運(yùn)航班。與此同時(shí)，將新山一國(guó)際航空港入境國(guó)際客運(yùn)航班的暫停期限推遲至越南時(shí)間2021年6月14日（此前暫停至2021年6月4日）。

泰國(guó)獲世衛(wèi)組織頒發(fā)“納爾遜·曼德拉獎(jiǎng)”

近日，在第74屆世界衛(wèi)生組織大會(huì)期間，世衛(wèi)宣布泰國(guó)健康促進(jìn)基金會(huì)榮獲2021年“納爾遜·曼德拉獎(jiǎng)”。該基金會(huì)在過(guò)去20年中一直為泰國(guó)乃至全球的健康促進(jìn)發(fā)揮作用。根據(jù)泰國(guó)健康促進(jìn)基金會(huì)法案（2001 年），該基金會(huì)的目標(biāo)包括：根據(jù)國(guó)家衛(wèi)生政策促進(jìn)泰國(guó)各年齡段人群的健康;減少酒精飲料和煙草的消費(fèi);發(fā)展社區(qū)促進(jìn)健康的能力;進(jìn)行研究和開發(fā)有關(guān)健康促進(jìn)的知識(shí)。

泰國(guó)素萬(wàn)那普機(jī)場(chǎng)新候機(jī)樓竣工

由中國(guó)建筑集團(tuán)有限公司承建的泰國(guó)素萬(wàn)那普機(jī)場(chǎng)擴(kuò)建項(xiàng)目衛(wèi)星廳新候機(jī)樓日前已完成施工，正式進(jìn)入驗(yàn)收階段。中建承建的新候機(jī)樓是素萬(wàn)那普機(jī)場(chǎng)的一號(hào)衛(wèi)星廳，建筑面積21.6萬(wàn)平方米，建筑長(zhǎng)度1070米。新候機(jī)樓中間高跨區(qū)域共四層、兩端三層，將泰國(guó)特色與現(xiàn)代裝修風(fēng)格巧妙結(jié)合。中建八局海外部副總經(jīng)理申明華介紹說(shuō)，該機(jī)場(chǎng)擴(kuò)建工程為當(dāng)?shù)靥峁┘s1.5萬(wàn)個(gè)就業(yè)崗位，增強(qiáng)了中泰兩國(guó)人員的文化交流。

菲律賓兩大學(xué)入榜亞洲前500強(qiáng)大學(xué)

近日，《泰晤士高等教育》公布亞洲大學(xué)排名，其中菲律賓國(guó)立大學(xué)（UP）以44.5分排名第88位，而德拉薩大學(xué)（DLSU）排名第401+。菲律賓兩所大學(xué)的排名較去年都有所下滑，其中菲大去年排名為第65位，而德拉薩大學(xué)去年排名為第301-350位。績(jī)效指標(biāo)可分為5個(gè)領(lǐng)域，分別是：教學(xué)，研究，引用，國(guó)際展望和行業(yè)收入。

是拉差老虎動(dòng)物園宣布出售11頭大象

5月28日，泰國(guó)頭條新聞社報(bào)道稱，春武里府的是拉差老虎動(dòng)物園宣布出售11頭大象，以彌補(bǔ)因疫情產(chǎn)生的財(cái)務(wù)損失。動(dòng)物園還呼吁大家分享此信息，以幫助大象盡快找到新家，并否認(rèn)了有關(guān)動(dòng)物園常務(wù)董事之前說(shuō)永久關(guān)閉園區(qū)的傳聞。據(jù)悉，是拉差動(dòng)物園此次出售的大象全部為母象。

新加坡海星中學(xué)將拆除藍(lán)白色牌坊

5月12日，位于新加坡中部的海星中學(xué)（Maris Stella High School）宣布，即將拆除藍(lán)白色牌坊，為周圍社區(qū)發(fā)展讓路。海星中學(xué)表示，建于1997年的藍(lán)白色牌坊擁有獨(dú)特的設(shè)計(jì)、藍(lán)色的瓦片，以及頂部的十字架。為了配合比達(dá)達(dá)利區(qū)的住宅項(xiàng)目發(fā)展，校方表示非常遺憾藍(lán)白色牌坊將在本月底拆除。學(xué)校則將在位于巴特禮徑（Bartley Walk）的新入口處，建造新牌坊。

“全球最累城市”新加坡排前三

根據(jù)“2021最佳工作生活平衡城市”的研究報(bào)告結(jié)果，新加坡連續(xù)兩年蟬聯(lián)“全球最累城市”第二名。全球勞累指數(shù)排名前十的城市分別為：香港、新加坡、曼谷、布宜諾斯艾利斯、首爾、東京、休斯敦、吉隆坡、卡爾加里和倫敦。這些排名前十的城市的全職職工每周工作時(shí)間遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超過(guò)了國(guó)際勞工組織的建議工作時(shí)長(zhǎng)——每周40小時(shí)。新加坡的每周工作時(shí)間更是超出了25.1%。

中老鐵路首個(gè)車站凸顯兩國(guó)文化元素

近日，伴隨著最后一塊幕墻玻璃順利安裝，由中鐵建設(shè)承建的中老鐵路嘎西站在中老鐵路磨丁至萬(wàn)象線率先完成外立面亮相。嘎西站位于老撾萬(wàn)象省嘎西縣，站房建筑面積1498.7平方米，設(shè)1站臺(tái)3線。站房以中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)建筑山墻面為主要形象符號(hào)，把寓意團(tuán)圓、美滿的“中國(guó)結(jié)”文化元素和老撾手工織錦的民族特色裝飾文化相融合，象征著中老兩國(guó)深厚的傳統(tǒng)友誼。

泰國(guó)普吉島將于7月1日正式開放

目前基于泰國(guó)普吉島的新冠肺炎疫苗接種普及程度與新冠肺炎疫情的控制情況穩(wěn)定，泰國(guó)當(dāng)局決定將于2021年7月1日正式開放普吉島。入境普吉島的游客需要完成兩劑當(dāng)局認(rèn)證注冊(cè)的新冠疫苗接種及持有新冠病毒核酸檢測(cè)陰性報(bào)告，即可入境并無(wú)需隔離。

緬甸仰光國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)限制令繼續(xù)延長(zhǎng)

日前，緬甸運(yùn)輸與通訊部發(fā)布聲明，將仰光國(guó)際航班限制令延長(zhǎng)至6月30日。為防止疫情輸入，緬甸政府自2020年3月底開始，發(fā)布了國(guó)際航班禁令。仰光國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)限制令已經(jīng)實(shí)施了1年多的時(shí)間，在國(guó)際航班禁令實(shí)施期間，包括落地簽在內(nèi)的旅游團(tuán)簽證暫停核發(fā)。至今為止，只有救援班機(jī)、專機(jī)及貨運(yùn)航班能夠起降仰光國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)。

Digital technologies used to rebuild 1，500-year-old grottoes in virtual world

May 14， 2021 （CGTN） — Various technologies have been adopted to digitize the 1，500-year-old Yungang Grottoes in Datong， North Chinas Shanxi Province. Using three-dimensional （3D） laser scanning and multiplanar reconstruction， the Yungang Grottoes Research Institute is working to capture the shapes， colors and other fine details of the grottoes to create millimeter-level digital archives for future study and preservation.
