摘要:為促進海上風電的降本增效和可持續發展 , 文章基于海上風電運維管理的內容和存在的問題 ,分析大數據在風電運維中的應用和風電運維管理的發展趨勢。研究結果表明:海上風電運維管理主要包括機組運行管理、機組運行數據管理、項目資源管理、可達性管理和成本管理 , 目前在成本、運維模式和可達性等方面存在問題;通過將工業數據與大數據相結合以及創新運維模式和管理方式 , 有助于風機預防性維護和風場輔助決策 , 有效提高風電運維效率、降低風電運維成本和提升發電量;未來的風電運維管理將通過轉變模式進一步加強數字化和可視化運維 , 通過裝備升級提高運維的可達性和效率以及通過提高質量多角度降低運維成本。

Abstract:In order to promote the cost reduction, efficiency increase and sustainable developmentof offshore wind power, based on the content and existing problems of offshore wind power operation and maintenance management, this paper analyzed the application of big data in wind poweroperation and maintenance and the development trend of wind power operation and maintenancemanagement. The results showed that offshore wind power operation and maintenance management mainly included unit operation management, unit operation data management, project resource management, accessibility management and cost management. At present, there wereproblems in cost, operation and maintenance mode and accessibility. By combining industrial datawith big data and innovating operation and maintenance mode and management mode, it was conducive to preventive maintenance of wind turbine and auxiliary decision-making of wind farm, effectively improve wind power operation and maintenance efficiency, reduce wind power operationand maintenance cost and increase power generation. The future wind power operation and maintenance management would further strengthen the digital and visual operation and maintenanceby changing the mode, improve the accessibility and efficiency of operation and maintenancethrough equipment upgrading, and reduce the operation and maintenance cost from multiple angles by improving the quality.

0 引言
經過30余年的發展 ,風電已成為全球能源向綠色低碳轉型的重要方向以及推動能源轉型的重要力量。根據全球風能理事會(GWEC)最新發布的報告[1] ,2019年全球共安裝22893臺風電機組 ,來自33個不同的制造商 ,新增裝機量超過63GW ,創造風電行業供應側的歷史新高。海上風電作為可再生能源開發利用的重要方向之一, 具有風力平穩、風速高、發電效率高、單機裝機容量大、占用空間小和不擾民等優點 , 成為全球風電發展的研究熱點[2]。
我國《關于完善風電上網電價政策的通知》明確指出自2021年起風電逐步實現與煤電平價上網的目標[3-4] ,風場業主對收益率和度電成本越來越重視[5]。……
