Study on the curative effect of Tianshu acupoint pressing combined with Shenque acupoint patch with constipation cream on functional constipation in the elderly patients with chronic heart failure

[Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of pressing Tianshu point and applying constipation ointment at Shenque point during defecation on functional constipation in elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 64 elderly patients with chronic heart failure and functional constipation who were treated in our hospital from May 2019 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 32 cases in each group. The control group was applied constipation ointment at Shenque point， and the observation group was added with pressing Tianshu point during defecation on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy， symptom score， constipation score and anxiety score before and after treatment were observed. Results After 2 weeks of treatment， the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%， which was higher than that of the control group which was 75.00%（P<0.05）. Before intervention， there was no significant difference in symptom score， constipation score and anxiety score between the two groups （P>0.05）. After intervention， the symptom score， constipation score and anxiety score of the two groups were lower than those of the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion Pressing Tianshu point and applying constipation ointment at Shenque point during defecation can improve the defecation status of elderly patients with chronic heart failure and functional constipation， and improve the bad mood， which is worthy of promotion.

慢性心力衰竭是一組臨床綜合征，是由多種原因導致的心肌結構和功能變化，終致心室泵血或充盈功能低下，發病率較高[1]。數據顯示成人慢性心力衰竭發病率為l%～2%，并隨年齡增加而增長，70歲以上的老年人甚至超過10%，我國慢性心力衰竭患約有450萬，成年人群中患病率為0.9%[2-3]，隨著人口老齡化的到來，發病率仍具有明顯上升的趨勢。

功能性便秘臨床常見癥狀，患者以排便次數減少、糞便干結、排便費力等為主要表現，約占便秘發生率的47.1%[4]。隨著生活習慣和飲食結構的改變，我國便秘發生率為3%～17%[5]，且呈現逐年上升趨勢。Choung等[6]研究發現便秘的發病率與年齡呈正相關，老年冠心病患者便秘發生率高達40%～60%[7]，原因可能與年齡、飲食、活動、環境、精神心理、藥物等諸多因素有關。
