摘要:在語言、人文、環(huán)境、疫情等多種綜合因素影響下,原有留學生的常規(guī)人才培養(yǎng)模式已不再適合“新工科”背景下的智能制造方向留學生的人才培養(yǎng)。構建“語言能力培養(yǎng)、專有化實訓平臺建設、專業(yè)課程建設”為一體的留學生“三位一體”培養(yǎng)體系是新興產業(yè)發(fā)展過程中,適應智能制造領域需求的教改創(chuàng)新新方向。在充分吸收國外先進教育理念,開展教學理念突破的同時,通過校企合作,建立科學的培養(yǎng)體系與多維評價體系,對培養(yǎng)符合智能制造專業(yè)需求、滿足留學生所屬國家應用需求的復合型人才具有重要意義。將產學研實踐與數(shù)字化教學相結合,利用專業(yè)領域人才認證機制共同促進留學生人才培養(yǎng)機制改革,是疫情環(huán)境下緩解留學生焦慮情緒、提升學習原動力、提高就業(yè)信心的創(chuàng)新突破方向。

Abstract: Under the influence language, humanities, environment and epidemic situation and other comprehensive factors, the original conventional talent training mode for overseas students is no longer suitable for the talent training in the direction of intelligent manufacturing under the background of "new engineering”. To build a "trinity" training system for overseas students, which is including "language ability training, proprietary training platform construction, and professional course construction”, is a new direction of education reform and innovation to meet the needs of intelligent manufacturing in the development process of emerging industries. While fully absorbing foreign advanced education concepts and making breakthroughs in teaching concepts, a scientific training system and multi-dimensional evaluation system is established through school-enterprise cooperation. This is of great significance to the cultivation of interdisciplinary talents that meet the needs of intelligent manufacturing and the application needs of the countries to which the overseas students belong. Combining the practice of industry-university-research collaboration with digital teaching, Promoting the reform of talent training mechanism for overseas students by using the talent certification mechanism of professional fields. It will be the innovation and breakthrough direction to relieve the anxiety of overseas students, enhance their motivation for learning and improve their confidence in employment under the epidemic disaster environment.

隨著中國綜合國力的提升,高等教育水平與科研能力也得到顯著性提升,在國家政策性合作培養(yǎng)計劃的促進下,吸引了大量留學生來到我國開展學習與實踐。其中,以東南亞、中亞留學生為主的“一帶一路”沿線國家留學生群體構成留學主體進入我國高等院校招考體系升學就讀[1]。受區(qū)域經濟發(fā)展水平的影響,“一帶一路”沿線國家在高等教育的資源分配方面尚不均衡,高等人才教育也僅僅處于精英教育階段[2-4]。在我國“新基建”等政策影響下,“沿線”國家在海陸空輸運、網絡信息設施建設、大型基建建設、智能制造相關領域方面的人才需求量激增,我國從2015年開始,在共建絲綢之路經濟帶的愿景下,每年提供上萬個獎學金來共同促進“沿線”國家的教育合作與人才培養(yǎng)。受地區(qū)、文化等各方面因素的綜合影響,我國高等院校對留學生的培養(yǎng)也處于不斷摸索的階段[5]。
目前,我國本科院校培養(yǎng)的智能制造相關人才,圍繞著機械、電氣、自動化控制、計算機等相關專業(yè),在進行基礎課教學的同時,也在不斷探索、提升人才培養(yǎng)新模式以適應新興產業(yè)、前沿技術的發(fā)展;逐步構建起適應本專業(yè)領域學生基本認知能力、工程實踐能力及創(chuàng)新發(fā)展能力的多維度、模塊化實踐教學體系。
