Analysis of the application of health education and psychological care in the nursing of gynecological tumor patients

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the application effect of health education combined with psychological care in the nursing process of gynecological tumor patients. Methods A total of 100 gynecological tumor patients treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were equally divided into the observation group and the control group using a digital table. The control group was given routine nursing care. On this basis， the observation group implemented health education combined with psychological care. The compliance rate， gynecological tumor knowledge mastery score，self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） score， the self-rating depression scale （SDS） score， and the overall satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared. Results The compliance rate of the observation group was 96.00%， which was higher than that （80.00%） of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The gynecological tumor knowledge mastery score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group， and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）. The overall satisfaction rate of the observation group was 98.00%， which was higher than that of the control group（76.00%）， and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion The use of health education combined with psychological care in the nursing process of gynecological tumor patients can improve the patient's compliance， enable the patients to understand and master the knowledge of gynecological tumors， improve the patient's psychological state and the patient's satisfaction with the treatment and nursing work. It is worth promoting.

婦科腫瘤一般可分為良性腫瘤和惡性腫瘤，良性腫瘤通常并不會轉變為惡性腫瘤，但惡性腫瘤可以通過擴散、增殖的方式對患者產生生命威脅，婦科腫瘤在臨床中發病率比較高，常見的婦科腫瘤包括子宮瘤、輸卵管腫瘤、卵巢腫瘤以及陰道腫瘤等，當患者得知自己患得腫瘤之后，可能會因對疾病的了解程度不夠或是根本不了解自身所患疾病，導致患者容易出現焦慮、抑郁等負性情緒，甚至會因此輕生，對治護工作的依從性降低，進而會導致疾病治療受到不良影響[1]，因此，針對婦科腫瘤患者采取有效的護理措施是非常關鍵的，健康教育能夠通過護理人員系統講解指導使患者對疾病相關知識更加了解，心理護理則能夠對患者的負性情緒進行緩解，為了研究健康教育聯合心理護理的實施效果，此次研究選擇2018年1月至2020年1月期間在我院進行治療和護理的100例婦科腫瘤患者作為研究對象進行研究分析，現報道如下。
