摘要:根據新工科背景下物聯網專業人才培養現狀,探索并制定切實可行的、符合人才培養規律的創新型物聯網工程專業卓越工程師人才培養機制。充分保障卓越工程師人才培養在學校教育教學工作中的主導地位,形成專業理論教學與創新實踐教學相互促進的新型教學體系。以社會需求為導向、以工程實際為背景,從人才培養目標定位、培養機制構建、培養方式創新等方面進行改革實踐。以新工科建設為契機,通過物聯網專業卓越人才培養機制的探索與實施,把物聯網工程專業人才培養成為與社會發展緊密結合、滿足社會需求的卓越工程師,提高學生在就業過程中的創造力與競爭力。

Exploration on Training Mechanism of Outstanding Talents in Internet of Things Engineering Under the Background of the New Engineering

Abstract: According to the current situation of talents training in the Internet of Things under the new engineering background, this paper explores and develops practical and feasible innovative talent training mechanism for outstanding engineers in the Internet of Things engineering specialty that conforms to the law of talent cultivation. The leading position of the training of outstanding engineers in university education are fully guaranteed, and a new teaching system in which professional theory and innovative practice teaching promote each other is formed. The reform practice is carried out from the aspects of orientation of training objective, construction of training mechanism and innovation of training mode. Through the explore and implementation of the training program for excellent talents of Internet of Things engineering under the new engineering background, the talents of Internet of Things engineering are trained to be excellent engineers closely combined with social development and meet social needs, so as to improve the creativity and competitiveness of students in the employment process.

1 引言
“卓越工程師教育培養計劃”的提出,是我國在工程教育領域的一大創舉,是邁向現代化國家的重要舉措[1]。如何結合物聯網時代飛速發展的前沿技術、高效地培養卓越工程師人才,成為當前新工科環境下高校物聯網工程專業改革的重要目標。大力開展新工科背景下的“物聯網工程卓越工程師教育培養計劃”,對于提升學生的工程實踐能力、適應物聯網環境下社會發展的實際需求,有著極其重要的深遠意義[2]。為滿足社會對知識、能力、素質全面協調發展的工程應用型卓越人才的迫切需求,按照教育教學的客觀發展規律,以“大工程教育”理念為指導,以培養學生研發能力、創新思維與專業實踐能力為出發點,教育培養與國際接軌的物聯網專業卓越工程師人才勢在必行。
物聯網工程專業旨在培養具有專業理論技術知識、工程實踐能力、創新創業能力,具備物聯網產品設計研發與應用能力,能夠采用工程化的思維方法、物聯網系統設計與架構等手段解決物聯網工程實際問題的卓越工程師技術人才。安徽建筑大學物聯網工程專業經過長期的理論與實踐經驗積累,形成了“以應用能力培養為目標,以專業為龍頭,以實踐為基礎,以創新為動力,以學生為主體”的物聯網專業人才培養思路。學校高度重視物聯網工程專業工程實踐能力的培養,不斷探索物聯網卓越工程師人才教育培養機制,堅持“理論教學與專業實踐并重,培養創新能力和物聯網軟硬件研發能力”的育人方針[3],努力培養滿足社會需求的物聯網卓越工程師人才。
