帕羅西汀聯(lián)合認(rèn)知行為療法治療強(qiáng)迫癥的效果

[摘要] 目的 探討強(qiáng)迫癥（Obsessive-compulsive disorder，OCD）患者采用帕羅西汀聯(lián)合認(rèn)知行為療法治療的效果。方法 選取2018年1月至2020年6月本院收治的110例OCD患者為研究對(duì)象，采用隨機(jī)抽簽的方式將患者分組進(jìn)行研究，將抽取單號(hào)及雙號(hào)的患者分別列入對(duì)照組與觀察組，每組各55例，兩組在服用帕羅西汀的基礎(chǔ)上，觀察組接受認(rèn)知行為療法，對(duì)照組無特殊處理，對(duì)比兩組患者的治療效果，采用耶魯-布朗強(qiáng)迫癥量表（Y-BOCS） 對(duì)兩組患者的癥狀改善情況進(jìn)行評(píng)分，采用焦慮自評(píng)量表（SAS）、抑郁自評(píng)量表（SDS）對(duì)患者的焦慮及抑郁情緒進(jìn)行評(píng)分，采用湯旦林（TDL）生活質(zhì)量量表對(duì)兩組患者的生活質(zhì)量改善情況進(jìn)行評(píng)分。 結(jié)果 觀察組的治療有效率為96.36%，對(duì)照組為81.82%，組間比較，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）;治療后兩組Y-BOCS評(píng)分下降顯著，觀察組下降幅度更顯著（P<0.05）;治療后兩組SAS及SDS評(píng)分下降顯著，觀察組評(píng)分下降幅度更顯著（P<0.05）;治療后兩組TDL評(píng)分提升顯著，觀察組評(píng)分提升幅度高于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。 結(jié)論 針對(duì)OCD患者，帕羅西汀聯(lián)合認(rèn)知行為療法治療療效更佳，能更好地幫助患者緩解癥狀，改善患者的焦慮及抑郁情緒，改善其生活質(zhì)量，值得臨床借鑒。

The effect of paroxetine combined with cognitive behavioral therapy in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of paroxetine combined with cognitive behavioral therapy in patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder （OCD）. Methods A total of 110 OCD patients admitted to this hospital from January 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects. The patients were divided into groups by random lottery method. Patients with single and double numbers were included in the control group and the observation group， with 55 cases in each group. On the basis of taking paroxetine， the observation group received cognitive behavioral therapy. The treatment effect of the two groups was compared. The Yale-Brown Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder Scale was used to score the improvement in symptoms of the two groups of patients. Self-Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and Self-Rating Depression Scale （SDS） were used to score patients′ anxiety and depression. The Tangdanlin （TDL） Quality of Life Scale was used to score the improvement of the quality of life of the two groups of patients. Results The effective treatment rate was 96.36% in the observation group and 81.82% in the observation group. There was a significant difference between the groups （P<0.05）. After treatment， the Y-BOCS score of the two groups decreased significantly， and the comparative analysis between the groups showed that the decrease in the observation group was more significant （P<0.05）. The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment， and the comparative analysis between the groups showed that the score of the observation group decreased more significantly （P<0.05）. The TDL scores of the two groups increased significantly after treatment， and the comparative analysis between the groups showed that the scores of the observation group increased significantly than the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion For OCD patients， paroxetine combined with cognitive behavioral therapy has a better therapeutic effect， which can better help patients relieve symptoms， improve their anxiety and depression， and improve their quality of life. It is worthy of clinical reference.
