CD4+CD25+Treg細胞在復發性自然流產中的作用及意義

[摘要] 目的 探討復發性自然流產患者外周血CD4+CD25+Treg 細胞表達特點及其相關臨床意義。 方法 選取2015年3月至2017年7月在我院婦產科就診的復發性自然流產婦女100例作為復發性自然流產組（RSA組），另選擇同期在我院婦產科就診的正常妊娠產婦50例作為對照組（正常妊娠組）。采用流式細胞術檢測兩組外周血CD4+CD25+Treg細胞表達水平，并對兩組結果進行比較分析。 結果 復發性自然流產組CD4+CD25+Treg細胞表達水平為（5.06±1.35）%，顯著低于正常妊娠組的（10.43±2.59）%（P<0.05）。 結論 復發性自然流產患者外周血CD4+CD25+Treg細胞表達水平較正常孕產婦顯著降低，提示CD4+CD25+Treg細胞參與了復發性自然流產的發生、發展過程。通過檢測CD4+CD25+Treg細胞表達水平變化可為復發性自然流產的發病機制提供新的思路，為臨床診療提供更多的治療方法。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the expression characteristics of CD4+CD25+Treg cells in peripheral blood of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion and its clinical significance. Methods A total of 100 women with recurrent spontaneous abortion who were treated in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of our hospital from March 2015 to July 2017 were selected as the recurrent spontaneous abortion group （RSA group）， and 50 pregnant women in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group （normal pregnancy group）. Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression levels of CD4+CD25+Treg cells in the peripheral blood of the two groups， and the results of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The expression level of CD4+CD25+Treg cells in the recurrent spontaneous abortion group （5.06±1.35%） was significantly lower than that of the normal pregnancy group （10.43±2.59%） （P<0.05）. Conclusion The expression level of CD4+CD25+ Treg cells in peripheral blood of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion is significantly lower than that of normal pregnant women， suggesting that CD4+CD25+Treg cells are involved in the occurrence and development of recurrent spontaneous abortion.The detection of CD4+CD25+Treg cell expression levels can provide new ideas for the pathogenesis of recurrent spontaneous abortion and provide more treatment methods for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
