摘?要:人工智能產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展已成為國家戰(zhàn)略,測度人工智能產(chǎn)業(yè)與其他產(chǎn)業(yè)間的關(guān)聯(lián)度,研究其對國民經(jīng)濟各行業(yè)的帶動作用,具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。結(jié)合上市公司的人工智能板塊所屬行業(yè)歸類和學(xué)術(shù)文獻中關(guān)于新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的劃分方法,將投入產(chǎn)出表中的軟件及信息技術(shù)服務(wù)等產(chǎn)業(yè)歸為人工智能產(chǎn)業(yè),基于2012年和2017年投入產(chǎn)出表,測度人工智能產(chǎn)業(yè)與其他產(chǎn)業(yè)的關(guān)聯(lián)度,并提出建議:構(gòu)建協(xié)同創(chuàng)新平臺;充分嵌入其他各產(chǎn)業(yè);實體經(jīng)濟主動融入人工智能。

Abstract:The?development?of?artificial?intelligence?industry?has?become?a?national?strategy?in?China.It?is?of?great?practical?significance?to?measure?the?correlation?degree?between?artificial?intelligence?industry?and?other?industries?and?study?its?driving?effect?on?various?industries?of?national?economy.Combined?with?the?industry?classification?of?the?AI?sector?in?listed?companies?and?the?classification?method?of?emerging?industries?in?academic?literature,the?software?and?information?technology?services?in?the?inputoutput?table?are?classified?as?the?AI?industry,based?on?the?inputoutput?table?in?2012?and?2017,to?measure?the?correlation?of?artificial?intelligence?industry?and?other?industries,and?put?forward?the?suggestion:Build?collaborative?innovation?platform;Fully?embedded?in?other?industries;The?real?economy?actively?integrates?artificial?intelligence.

一、概述
在治理現(xiàn)代化背景下,人工智能技術(shù)成為現(xiàn)代化治理平臺的重要支撐。國家和各地方政府出臺了多項關(guān)于促進人工智能發(fā)展的政策文件,人工智能產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模增速加快。為使人工智能產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)揮好戰(zhàn)略產(chǎn)業(yè)功能,應(yīng)重視該產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)度。人工智能產(chǎn)業(yè)的關(guān)聯(lián)度實質(zhì)上是該產(chǎn)業(yè)與各產(chǎn)業(yè)部門間的供求關(guān)系,研究人工智能產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)度,有助于該產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展并帶動其他產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,促進我國經(jīng)濟高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。
目前,國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對于人工智能產(chǎn)業(yè)的研究多是專利分析法、圖譜分析法等定性方法。本文則運用投入產(chǎn)出法,基于2012年和2017年的投入產(chǎn)出表測算分析人工智能產(chǎn)業(yè)與其他產(chǎn)業(yè)間的關(guān)聯(lián)度,并提出發(fā)展建議。
