Abstract:Xianfen No.1is a new banana (Musa nana Lour.) cultivar bred froma natural mutant of Guangfen No.1 (ABB). A surviving dwarf mutant was identified from a Guangfen No.1 orchard in Zhongshan in2016 and then propagated by tissue-culture.From 2017 to 2018,100 plants were planted in Zhongshan, Jiangmen and Guangzhou,and they harvested from 2018 to February 2019.Allplants exhibited dwarf characteristics and high resistance to Fusariumwilt compared with Guangfen No.1.In 2020,the plants still showed high resistance to Fusarium wiltand then buds were collected to further propagate.By 2023,the incidence rateof Fusarium wilt of nearly10 ooo plants in several places (Guangdong,Guangxi,Hainan,Fujian and Yunnan province) was less than 5% .The comprehensive traitwas stable.Theheightof pseudostemofXianfenNo.1plantwas 2.09m ,whichis over 1m shorter than that of Guangfen No.1 plant.The perimeter in botom and middle of pseudostem were 70 and 48 cm,respectively. The leaf color of Xianfen No.1 ranged from yellw green to light green.The leaf blade length was 146cm , the leaf blade width was 47cm , and the leaf ratio was 3.1. The growth cycle of the new plant was around 11.O-12.5 months,shorten than than that of Guangfen No.1 and Fenza No.
1.During the flowering period,the fruit axis was relatively short and usually not perpendicular to the ground. The length and girth of the bunch was 42cm and 87cm ,respectively.The lengthand girthof the peduncle was 19cm and 21cm ,respectively. The fruit was short rounded, the length and girth of the fruit was 13.5cm and 13.2cm ,respectively.The fruit pedicel lengthwas 2cm .The number of hands was 8 to 12,and the number of fruits of each hand was 12 to 18.The number of fruits was 100 to 135.The average bunch weight was 12.8kg ,theaverage fingerweight was 91g Theplanting density would be180-220 plants per 666.7m2 and the yield was 2300kg per 666.7m2 .Themature fruit had a bright yellow skin,thick and easy to peel off.The flesh texture was firm,and the hardness of mature flesh could reach 1.2-1.5kg?cm-2 .The flesh was milky white,and smooth,with moderate sweetness and acidity. The soluble solid content of fruit was 28.30% ,the titratable acid content was 4.99mg?g-1 the total sugar content was 25.30% , the reducing sugar content was 23.30% ,and the vitamin C content was 13.60mg?100g-1 .Xianfen No.1 had high resistance to Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubenserace1, Sigatoka,banana freckle,BBTVand CMVand also had strong wind resistance because of its dwarf pseudostem, but the resistance to cold was weak. It would be suitable for cultivation in the banana producing areas in China with absolute low temperature above 5°C

香蕉(MusananaLour.)是芭蕉科(Musaceae)芭蕉屬(MusaL.)多年生單子葉草本植物。中國是世界第二大香蕉消費國,也是世界第二大香蕉生產國,香蕉產業在中國熱帶地區占有重要地位。目前中國主要商業栽培香牙蕉類(MusaAAACavendish)、粉蕉類(MusaABBPisangAwak)、貢蕉類(MusaAAPisangMas)、大蕉類(MusaABBBluggoe)香蕉品種,其中粉蕉類和貢蕉類是優稀品種。香蕉枯萎病由尖孢鐮刀菌古巴專化型(Fusariumoxysporumf.spcubense,Foc)侵染根部引起,是危害全球香蕉產業最嚴重的病害,防治極其困難。香蕉枯萎病有4個生理小種,其中1號小種和4號小種可感染大多數香蕉栽培種2。現有研究表明栽培技術對香蕉枯萎病的防治效果極為有限,只有培育抗病品種才能有效抵抗香蕉枯萎病危害,促進香蕉產業可持續發展[3]。
近年來,通過體細胞無性系變異獲得了部分香牙蕉抗病品種,但粉蕉類抗枯萎病品種仍然極度缺乏。目前在生產中大量應用的為本研究室于2011年育成的抗枯萎病粉蕉品種一一粉雜1號,該品種現已在華南各省份香蕉產區推廣超過6.67萬 hm2[4] 。但粉雜1號對香蕉枯萎病抗性僅為中抗,且存在假莖過高、生育期過長、果實成熟不均勻等問題。除粉雜1號外,還有中科紅粉、育粉6號等抗枯萎病粉蕉品種[5。因此,選育抗枯萎病粉蕉新品種對豐富香蕉生物多樣性、保障中國香蕉產業可持續發展、促進鄉村振興具有重要意義。
1選育經過
廣粉1號粉蕉是廣東省農業科學院果樹研究所從廣東省汕頭市澄海縣鹽鴻鎮收集選育的優異本土粉蕉品種。植株粗壯,果實催熟后黃色,皮薄,肉乳白色、質滑,味濃甜。田間表現抗香蕉葉斑病、束頂病、黑星病和炭疽病,但高感枯萎病1號小種。本研究始于2016年在廣東省中山市橫門鎮廣粉1號粉蕉種植園(該蕉園為枯萎病重病地)中鑒定到一個宿根幸存矮化突變單株,后經組培快繁,2017一2018年在廣東中山、開平、廣州種植100株,2018年至2019年2月收獲,所有植株表現高抗香蕉枯萎病1號小種,其他各方面性狀表現評價良好。2020年該單株仍然表現健康無枯萎病癥,采吸芽繁殖。至2023年,多地(廣東、廣西、海南、福建、云南等)、多造近萬株植株枯萎病發病率均在 5% 以下,綜合性狀穩定,符合一致性、穩定性和特異性要求,定名為仙粉1號粉蕉,2024年4月獲農業農村部植物新品種保護(CNA20211004078)。
2 主要農藝性狀
2.1 植物學特征
仙粉1號假莖較粗壯,新植蕉株高 195~245cm 宿根高 260~330cm ,矮于廣粉1號 100cm 以上。莖基周長 70cm ,莖中周 48cm 。假莖、把頭黃綠色,披白蠟粉。把頭、中脈冬春季常帶紫紅色。葉片黃綠色至淺綠色,卷筒葉背常帶紫紅色。葉片長 150~ 170cm ,寬 50~55cm ,較廣粉1號、粉雜1號明顯短,直立生長。葉柄溝槽閉合,長細,無葉翼,葉片邊緣有紅線,基部耳型不對稱。組培苗和大葉芽均無紫斑(圖1)。組培苗全生育期42~45片葉,葉距較廣粉1號、粉雜1號密集。抽蕾時果軸較短,常不垂直于地面,果穗長 42cm ,果穗粗 87cm ;穗柄長 19cm ,穗柄粗 21cm 。果指呈短直、圓柱形,果頂尖較廣粉1號略小,果指長 13.5cm ,果指粗 13.2cm ,果柄長 2cm 。果梳數8~12梳,每梳果指數12~18個,總果數 100~ 135個。平均單果質量 91g ,單梳質量 2.1kg ,單株產 12.8kg.

2.2 果實品質特性
果實外觀皮色與普通粉蕉相同,白色帶蠟粉。果肉結實,全黃后硬度為 1.2~1.5kg?cm-2 ,風味略帶微酸。成熟果實可溶性固形物含量
,后同)為 28.3% ,還原糖含量為 23.3% ,總糖含量為25.3% ,可滴定酸含量為 4.99mg?g-1 ,維生素C含量為 13.6mg?100g-1 (表1)。
2.3生物學特性
仙粉1號生育期較粉雜1號短 15~30d,8~10 片葉的大苗定植于大田,至抽蕾需要6~7個月,至收獲則需11~13個月,較粉雜1號短1個月左右。葉距較密集,葉片姿態較廣粉1號直立,種植密度每 666.7m2 種植180~220株。

2.4抗病性、抗逆性評價
利用傷根浸菌接種法鑒定了仙粉1號對香蕉枯萎病1號小種的抗性水平(圖2)。對照感病品種為廣粉1號,對照抗病品種為粉雜1號。接種濃度為每mL 1×105 個分生孢子時,廣粉1號的病情指數高達54.17,表現為感病,仙粉1號和粉雜1號的病情指數介于 31.00~40.00 ,二者均表現為中抗。接種濃度為每mL 1×106 個分生孢子時,粉雜1號和廣粉1號的病情指數分別為58.28和56.25,表現為感病,而仙粉1號的病情指數為47.32,表現為中抗,且球莖和維管束組織較對照品種受害較輕。結合田間種植發病情況鑒定,仙粉1號中高抗枯萎病1號小種,免疫枯萎病4號小種,同時高抗葉斑病、黑星病、束頂病、花葉心腐病、葉邊緣干枯。

仙粉1號由于假莖高度矮化,抗風性較同類主栽品種廣粉1號、粉雜1號強。抗寒性較其他粉蕉略差,但較其他香牙蕉抗寒性強,生長期要求絕對低溫5°C 以上, 12°C 以下果皮會發生凍傷。耐旱性較廣粉1號略弱,果軸短,果穗下彎較廣粉1號困難。耐澇性較強,地下水位過高也不會傷根。耐瘦瘠性較廣粉1號弱,與粉雜1號類似。在土壤、肥水條件較差的蕉園表現植株把頭相對束尾(卡脖子),果軸下彎較困難,果梳數、每梳果指數較少。
3栽培技術要點
3.1 建園與定植
選擇土層深厚、富含有機質、排水良好、土壤pH為 5.5~6.8 的耕地建園。舊粉蕉地可輪作 2~4a (年)后種植。植前溝施生物有機肥 2.5kg ·株,促進病菌拮抗菌體增殖。選用無病蟲害、根系發達、6~9片葉的健壯組培苗定植。行株距 2.47m×1.5m ,每666.7m2 可種植180~220株。熱帶地區一年四季均可種植。生育期較粉雜1號短,但是冬季抗寒性較普通粉蕉略差,不宜在11月至翌年2月抽蕾。因此3一4月最適宜定植,其次為6一7月。
3.2 水肥管理
種植前深翻土壤,施足基肥。以有機質肥為主,化肥為輔。不開溝施肥,減少傷根,宜以噴帶或雙管滴灌進行灌溉施肥。每月施化肥 20~30g? 株。前期補充氮肥、復合肥,中后期補充復合肥、鉀肥,適當補充Ca、Mg、B肥。種植前和抽蕾前后宜補充有機肥 2.5kg? 株\"。種植過程中保持土壤濕潤,旱灌澇排,防止積水爛根。
3.3 園地作業
香蕉采用免耕法施用農藥、覆蓋除草。除草應使用不傷蕉葉的保試達等除草劑,提倡用黑色地膜、防草布覆蓋或人工除草。母株 1.8m 高時開始留芽,之后每6~8個月留一次芽,可以三代同堂,邊緣適當留雙株。在吸芽出土后 30~60cm 高時除芽,除芽時注意避免傷及母株根系,母株抽蕾后選擇壯芽作為繼代株。除芽應用刀離地 10cm 處割芽或煤油點芽心,也可釗芽、搗心。病蟲害防治與一般粉蕉種植類似,主要防治花薊馬、斜紋夜蛾幼蟲、卷葉蟲、象甲等害蟲。
3.4果穗及后期管理
抽蕾前或臺風來臨前應立樁或拉繩防風,抽蕾后噴灑葉面肥和防控花薊馬、黑星病的藥劑。新植蕉抽蕾時果軸較短,果軸常不垂直于地面,抽蕾前需要多施肥、灌溉及抽蕾后人工校正,可在果軸下彎處切開把頭葉鞘,讓其在自然光下彎曲。雌花開完后一般去掉2\~3梳。若果指梳過多宜適當疏果。可采用藍色PE、無紡布或褐色牛皮紙套袋,若使用PE套袋應內墊報紙,預防日燒。適時采收,以免果實生長過大裂果;采摘時應小心輕放,避免多次搬運傷及果面。
