Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the effctof core muscle stability trainingcombined with biofeedback electrical stimulation on pelvic flor muscle function in postpartum women underwent episiotomy.MethodsClinical dataof 98 parturients who underwent selective episiotomy during natural childbirth were retrospectivelyanalyzed.According to diffrent intervention methods,the included parturients were divided into thecontrolgroupand thecombinationgroup,with 49cases in each group.The control group was treated only with biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy,while the combination group wastreatedwithcore muscle stability training combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy. Thegeneralinformationandpelvicflormusclestrength,pelvicfloorelectromyographyvalues,pelvicfloordysfunction questionnaire (PFDI-2O)scores and female sexual functionscore scale (FSFI) scores were compared between the two groups of parturientsbeforeandafterinterventionResultsThere werenosignificantdiferences inage,gestationalage,bodymass index and pelvic floor muscle strength grading between the two groups ( Pgt;0.05 ).Compared with before intervention,pelvic floormusclestrengthpelvicflorelectromyographyvaluesandFSFIscores increasedinbothgroupsafterinterventionhile PFDI-20 scores decreased (all Plt;0.05 ).After intervention, compared with the control group,the combination group showed moresignificant improvement in pelvic floor muscle strength,withanincrease inclassIandclassI fiber electromyography values,a decrease in PFDI-2O score,and an increase in FSFI scores (all Plt;0.05 ). The incidence of pelvic floor dysfunction in the two groups was statistically significant ( 22.45% Us. 6.12% , Plt;0.05 ).ConclusionCore muscle stabilitytrainingcombined withbiofeedback electrical stimulationcaneffectivelypromote therecoveryof pelvicfloor muscle function and improve sexual function in postpartum women underwent episiotomy.
盆底肌功能對女性的生殖健康十分重要。盆底肌不僅支撐著盆腔內的器官,還影響排尿、排便和性功能。然而,許多因素,如分娩方式、年齡、體質量等都可能對盆底肌功能產生影響。其中,分娩尤其是選擇性會陰側切術是重要的影響因素。選擇性會陰側切術是一種常見的助產手段,用于擴大產道,減少母嬰受傷的風險,但該手術可能導致盆底肌和周圍組織的損傷,從而影響盆底肌功能。長期的盆底肌功能障礙可能導致尿失禁、便秘、盆腔器官脫垂等問題。核心肌群穩定性訓練是一種針對腹部、背部和盆底肌的訓練方法,旨在增強肌肉的力量、耐力和協調性,可以幫助產婦恢復盆底肌的功能,提高其穩定性和支撐力[1]。生物反饋電刺激治療儀利用電流刺激肌肉,并接受生物反饋信號,可以增強肌肉的力量和耐力,幫助產婦更好地控制和鍛煉盆底肌[2]。盡管核心肌群穩定性訓練和生物反饋電刺激在康復領域已經得到了廣泛的應用,但二者聯合應用于選擇性會陰側切術產婦產后盆底肌功能恢復的研究還不夠充分。因此,本文通過探討核心肌群穩定性訓練聯合生物反饋電刺激對選擇性會陰側切術產婦產后盆底肌功能的影響,以期為臨床實踐中選擇更有效的康復方案提供參考。
1對象與方法
1.1研究對象選取2022年5月—2023年8月在河北省第一榮軍優撫醫院婦產科自然分娩并行選擇性會陰側切術的98例產婦,根據病歷資料整理產婦的臨床資料。……
