Exploration of Ideological and Political Education for Clinical Medicine Students in the New Era

AbstractTo explore the ideological and political education of medical students in the clinical practice stage of the new era，this article analyzes thecurrent situation of ideological and political education for clinical medical students and explores targeted response strategies.Analysis has found that there are problems in thecurent clinical practice stage，suchasinsuffcientemphasisand investment inideologicalandpoliticaleducationformedicalstudents，limited teaching resources for ideological and political education，lack of educationalcontent，and single teaching methods. The article proposes strategies for systematically planning the development of clinical ideological and political education，expanding ideological and political education models，enriching teaching content，cultivating specialized clinical ideological and political education teachers，and building a collaborative system between universities， providing theoretical support and practical guidance for improving the efectiveness of ideological and political education in clinical practice.

2021年3月，習近平總書記在看望參加政協會議的醫藥衛生界、教育界委員時強調“要從黨和國家事業發展全局的高度，堅守為黨育人、為國育才，把立德樹人融入思想道德教育、文化知識教育、社會實踐教育各環節，貫穿基礎教育、職業教育、高等教育各領域”。青年一代是國家的未來、民族的希望，引導他們樹立正確的價值觀和社會責任感，是新時代為黨育人、為國育才的重要抓手。基于國家衛生健康事業發展的重要性，醫學生在未來承擔著守護人民健康的重要使命，而醫院臨床實踐學習是醫學生的專業技術和職業責任感向臨床醫師轉變的重要時期，如何在此階段引導其形成正確的人生觀、價值觀和醫學職業道德是醫學生培養過程中亟須解決的重要問題。

l新形勢下臨床醫學專業學生的思政教育

1.1新時代思政教育的重要性

黨的十八大以來，以習近平同志為核心的黨中央高度重視青年思想政治教育工作，多次作出重要指示，“十四五”規劃期間，更是采取一系列重大舉措推進思想政治建設，突出思想政治教育的重要地位，發揮思想政治工作的重要作用。2021年，中共中央、國務院印發了《關于新時代加強和改進思想政治工作的意見》，指出加強和改進思想政治工作，事關黨的前途命運，事關國家長治久安，事關民族凝聚力和向心力。2025年1月，中共中央、國務院印發的《教育強國建設規劃綱要(2024一2035年)》2提出，要加強和改進新時代學校思想政治教育，堅持不懈用習近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想鑄魂育人。……
