高校教育技術人員隊伍建設的現狀與對策

摘要 高校教育技術人員隊伍建議目前存在一些問題，與高校教育技術發展不協調。必須切實轉變觀念，采取相應措施，重視隊伍建設促進高校教育技術理論和實踐和諧發展。

Present Condition and Policy on Construction of Educational Technologists in Institutes of Higher Learning//Jiang Wenhua

Abstract Some problems are arised in the construction of educational and technological crew at present， such as the development of educational technology in colleges is not coordinated. Therefore， the measures include changing ideas， attaching importance to the crew construction， promoting harmonious development in university educational technology theory and practice.

教育技術在促進高校教育教學改革、推動高校教育信息化、創新大學生培養模式以及增強高校核心競爭力等方面，都發揮著越來越重要的作用。高校教育技術的發展水平，已經成為衡量高校教學、科研和管理各方面是否現代化的重要標志。高校教育技術人員在高校教育技術發展中占有舉足輕重的地位，建設一支結構合理、思想和業務素質都能適應信息化時代發展要求的優秀教育技術人員隊伍，既是高校人才隊伍建設和高校教育技術管理面臨的一項十分緊迫而艱巨的任務，又是加強高校教育技術管理，促進高校教育技術理論和實踐和諧發展的重要措施。

1高校教育技術人員的界定

教育技術在我國既是一項關系到教育改革和發展的大事業，又是教育科學的一門綜合性、實踐性很強的分支學科。雖然教育技術事業發展和學科建設的時間都還不長，但我國的教育技術一直具有自己的工作領域和嚴密的組織機構、人員［1］，從中央到地方各級基本上建立了教育技術機構，各類學校也大都建立了教育技術管理職能部門。高校因其人才、資金、技術等優勢，在教育技術理論研究、學科建設、專業人才培養及實踐應用等方面，一直處于龍頭地位。……
