個性化Ｅｐｉ－ｌａｓｉｋ治療近視的臨床療效觀察

[摘要] 目的 研究個性化Epi-lasik（CustomizedEpi-lasik）治療近視的療效。方法 應用個性化Epi-lasik治療近視50例（100只眼），術前和術后1個月、3個月進行裸眼視力（Uncorrected visual acuity，UCVA）和屈光度等檢查，并針對術后患者視覺主訴進行問卷調查。結果 患者裸眼視力和屈光度在術前與術后1個月、3個月相比，其改變均有顯著性（P＜0.01）；術后1個月、3個月的裸眼視力均高于術前最佳矯正視力（Bestcorrected visual acuity，BCVA），差異有統計學意義（P＜0.01）；僅2只眼（2%）主訴暗光下視覺質量不良。結論 個性化Epi-lasik治療近視具有良好的安全性、準確性和可預測性，且患者術后視覺質量良好。

Observation of the Clinical Effect of Customized Epi-lasik for Myopia

[Abstact] ObjectiveTo study the clinical effect of customized Epi-lasik for myopia. Methods100 eyes of 50 patients were treated with customized Epi-lasik. Preoperative and postoperative 1 month，3 month，uncorrected visual activity，refractions and vision quality were evaluated in all cases. ResultsThe UCVA，refractions and vision quality had no statistical significant pre-and post-operation 1 month or 3 month（P＜0.01）；the UCVA postoperative 1 month and 3 monthwere obviously higher than the BCVA preoperative，which had statistical significance（P＜0.01）；only two eyes（2%） complained about night vision problems after surgery. ConclusionCustomized Epi-lasik is safe，efficient and predictive for the correction of myopia and myopic astigmatism，and it can maintain good vision quality postoperative.

近年來，Epi-lasik逐漸應用于臨床，其療效和安全性已經逐漸得到越來越多近視患者的認可。個性化Epi-lasik鮮有報道，本院于2007年5月開展個性化Epi-lasik以來取得了滿意的療效，現將隨訪觀察3個月以上的臨床研究結

果報道如下。

1 材料與方法

1.1 一般資料

選取2007年5～11月在本院眼科接受個性化Epi-lasik治療近視50例（100只眼），其中男性22例（44只眼），女性28例（56只眼）；年齡18～46歲，平均（25.50±6.66）歲；球鏡-3.20D- 11.20D（-6.72±1.89）D，柱鏡-0.00D-3.00D（-0.84±0.78）D，術前最佳矯正視力0.6~1.2（0.98±0.14）。術前進行裸眼和矯正視力，檢影、電腦驗光、眼前節、眼底、眼壓、角膜地形圖等一般項目的檢查，此外采用美國雷賽綜合檢查站Astramax所獲信息，應用雷賽最新個性化切削軟件Astrapro做個性化方案設計（含自然P值、優視Q值、完美Z軸），并排除任何顯性和潛在的手術禁忌證。

1.2 手術方法

使用美國雷賽LaserScanLSX準分子激光儀和江蘇無錫康明KM-5000型Epi刀，對患者進行個性化Epi-lasik手術。所有手術均由同一醫生完成，手術操作過程同常規Epi-lasik手術。……
