品管圈用于產房護理質量持續改進的效果評價

[摘要] 目的 應用品管圈在產房中實施持續的護理質量改進，提高產房內的護理工作質量。方法 在品管圈活動前先對產房中存在的護理缺陷進行調查分類，根據分類分別成立了以提高患者滿意度、降低新生兒重度窒息發生率、降低會陰傷口感染發生率、降低順產后出血率為目標的四個品管圈，應用品管圈的活動對產房的護理工作進行持續的質量改進。結果 從2004年開始開展品管圈活動后，患者對護士服務的綜合滿意度由開展品管圈活動前的89%提高到98%，衡量產科質量的各項指標如新生兒重度窒息發生率從1.29%降至0.58%，會陰傷口感染發生率由1.62%降至0.49%，陰道產產后出血發生率由1.10%降至0.69%，各項指標有逐年降低的趨勢，經統計分析兩組間對比差異有顯著性（P＜0.05），產房護理工作質量得到了持續的改進和提高。結論 應用品管圈對產房的護理質量進行持續改進，有效地提高了產房的護理工作質量和患者對助產士服務的滿意度，提高了產房助產士的護理管理的參與意識和工作積極性。品管圈活動是提高護理質量管理的一種有效手段。

The Application and Effect of Quality Control Circle Program in Making Continuous Improvement of the Nursing Quality in the Delivery Room

[Abstract] ObjectiveTo make continuous improvement of the nursing quality by carrying out the quality control circle program in the delivery room. Methods4 quality control circles including lifting the rate of Patient Satisfaction and reducing the incidences of complications of neonates severe asphyxia ，wound infections of perineum and viginal delivery hemorrhage were set up according to the nursing defect in the delivery room. Continuous improvement of the nursing quality was made by carrying out the quality control circle program in the delivery room. ResultsThe rate of patient satisfaction was lifted to 89% from 98% after carrying out the quality control circle program in 2004. The incidences of complications were reduced year by year. Continuous improvement of the nursing quality in the delivery room was achieved. ConclusionQuality control circle program achieved favorable progress on the nursing quality and patient satisfaction in the delivery room，and it is an effective measure to improve the nursing quality management.
