基于復雜理論的配送系統適應能力研究

摘要:隨著我國加入WTO,物流業對外全面開放,我國物流業面臨著更多的機遇和挑戰。配送系統作為物流系統中的子系統,如同人體的血管,把我國的國民經濟各個部分緊密地聯系在一起,在成本與服務之間找到最佳點。因為配送系統研究包括配送中心網絡規劃、配送路線規劃和配送車輛調度等三大關鍵點,它是一個復雜的系統,而傳統對配送系統的研究都是基于線性的,難以得到復雜配送系統的解決方案。文章在對國內外復雜理論分析的基礎上,分析配送系統的復雜性,重點以復雜適應理論為指導,構建分析復雜物流配送系統的適應能力,從而為配送系統研究提供了新視角和新思維;無論是對微觀物流配送業還是宏觀整個國民經濟的發展,均具有重要意義。

Abstract: With China's accession to the WTO, our logistics industry is open to the world fully, China's logistics industry is faced with more opportunities and challenges. Distribution system as a subsystem of logistics system, likes the body's blood vessels, putting the various parts of the national economy of our country closer together and finding the best point between the cost and the service. Since distribution system including the following three key point: distribution center network planning, delivery route planning and delivery vehicle scheduling, it is a complicated system, traditional distribution system study are based on linear, it is difficult to obtain the solutions to complex distribution system. This passage gives research on the complex distribution system based on the complex theory, it constructs and analyzes the adaptability of the distribution system mainly guided by the complex adaptive theory. Therefore, it provide a new perspective and new thinking, no matter it is the micro logistics and distribution industry or the macro development of national economy as a whole, it is of great significance.

物流配送系統是配送過程中相互聯系的組織與設施的集合,配送主體間為適應配送需求,以動態分工和知識共享為特征的一種網絡組織結構。從物流產業的特點來看,配送系統出現的根源在于物流系統特別物流信息系統和物流運作模式所具有的復雜性,其發展和演變也是多個配送主體為適應這種復雜性而尋求資源互補效應的動態相互作用。配送系統是一個復雜系統。由于主體元素多,加之其中很多優化問題所建立的模型和算法復雜,采用傳統的規劃方法難以得到滿意方案,應以復雜系統理論為指導,把配送網絡當作復雜問題來解決。……
