倍耐力RE綜合辦公樓位于意大利米蘭，是一個集中的辦公建筑和會議中心。該項目的建筑面積為76 828m2，是兩個高達39.6m、有天橋連接著的大樓。此橋的結構、環境和外皮體系跟主樓是一樣的。

靈活和健康的工作區

建造體型和體驗

每個塔樓的中心是一個由鋼和玻璃組成的結構中庭。樓中心的結構支撐起下部樓層并懸挑著上部樓層，第5層的會議室沒有任何豎向結構，完全開放，空間可隨時重構。這些前庭不僅作為結構，也構成了建筑可持續性的一部分。該設計使冷空氣從建筑表皮進入各個工作區，并使熱空氣從建筑中排出。塔樓的中心結構和外形優化了日光和空氣，此方案使得塔樓在全年大部分的時間中，可以自然通風。多層次的前庭同時也是工作人員互動和交流的地方。

將需要的空間集中在一起，看起來像是一種密集城市。塔樓的底層高于地面，由此在城市內創造了一個廣闊的公園。公園景觀向北向和南向延伸，可以穿過建筑一直望向薩爾卡大街。建筑底層是零售店面和停車場，融入更大范圍的景觀環境中，在該地段創造出新的密集的活動和聚會場所。□

The Pirelli RE Office Complex is a concentrated urban office and conference center on an exurban site in Milan, Italy. The project's 827,000 square foot area is concentrated in two 130-foot high towers that are connected by a bridge that utilizes the same structural, environmental, and cladding systems as the main buildings.

Flexible & Healthy Workspaces

The towers are organized as a highly integrated series of efficient work areas. This overall organization strategy incorporate a series of sixteen distinct leasable zones which can be easily scaled and reconfigured to meet the needs of individual tenants.The building's envelope is specifically designed to maximize the quality of light and air deep into the building's form while minimizing energy and maintenance costs over the life cycle of the project.

At the heart of each building is a structural atrium composed of steel and glass diaphragms that meet at the building's center. The structural atria support the lower floors from below and hang the upper floors from above, creating a conference level at level five which is entirely open, reconfigurable,and structure-free. These atria function not only as structure, but are also integral to the building's sustainability. They exhaust hot air from the building and draw cooler air through the building's skin into each work zone. When combine with the building's skin to optimize daylight and fresh air for the entire workspace, these strategies allow both buildings to be naturally ventilated for a significant portion of the year. These multi-level atria also act as a places for interaction and collaboration for workers in both buildings.

By concentrating the required spaces within a dense urban form and lifting this form above the ground plane, an expansive park is created within the city. The park landscape extends north and south, with views reaching from the Viale Sarca deep into and through the buildings. Retail spaces and parking are located at the base of the towers and integrated into the larger landscape to create new densities of movement and meeting places along and above the site.□
