探討目前土木建筑施工存在的問題與對策

摘要：作為國民經濟產業的重要組成部分，土木建筑行業在建筑工程整體發展的同時也獲得了良好的發展機遇，無論是企業規模還是技術水平都在逐年提升，對專業工程技術人才的需求量也在不斷增加。大力發展土木建筑行業，不僅能夠收到可觀的經濟效益回報大大促進國民經濟的增長，還能為國家的繁榮富強和人民生活水平的提高奠定良好的基礎。不過從目前我國土木建筑工程現狀來看，其施工階段仍存在著一些問題，嚴重制約著土木建筑工程行業的長久發展。下面作者就結合實際施工經驗來簡要列舉出這些問題并提出相應的解決對策。

Abstract: as the national economy of the industry is an important component of the civil construction industry in the construction engineering overall development and at the same time and also have the good development opportunities, whether enterprise scale or technology in the year after year to ascend, for the professional engineering and technical personnel demand has also increased. To develop civil construction industry, can not only received considerable economic benefit to return to the national economy growth greatly, still can the country prosperous and the improvement of people's living standard lay the good foundation. But from the current situation of our country civil engineering and construction, the construction stage is still exists some problems, constrain the civil engineering and construction industry development for a long time. Below the actual construction experience to briefly enumerate these problems, and put forward corresponding solutions.

自從我國實行改革開放的基本方針以來，市場環境發生了翻天覆地的變化，許多土木建筑企業抓住這一良好機遇不斷加快自身發展進程，致使企業規模不斷擴大，綜合實力也在不斷增強。不過與這種欣欣向榮的企業景象恰好相反的是，在土木建筑施工過程中往往會出現各種各樣的實際問題影響到工程整體質量安全，如果放任不管極有可能給土木建筑工程基礎質量性能造成影響，甚至可能阻礙土木建筑施工企業的穩定發展。因此，我們土木建筑企業要對施工過程中出現的問題進行詳細的分析，然后采取有效措施解決這些問題，為土木建筑企業的發展奠定良好的基礎。……
