系統論視野下農村閑置宅基地信息管理模式

摘要：隨著農村宅基地閑置情況的日益嚴重，對農村閑置宅基地各維度的研究成為熱點，學術界對農村閑置宅基地處理機制進行了積極探討，并形成了諸多模式。針對目前對閑置宅基地信息管理方面存在的缺失并結合系統論，提出建立農村閑置宅基地信息管理模式，對該模式的基本原則、管理流程、系統架構以及如何協調控制作了深入探討，旨在提高農村閑置宅基地的處理效率，加強中國農村土地管理的協調性和整體性。

Research on Informational Management Model of Idle Housing Sites in Rural Areas under Systematic Theory

Abstract： With the situation of idle housing sites growing severe， the research on idle housing sites in rural areas from various dimensions had been research hotspots. Mechanisms for handling idle housing sites in rural areas had been academically explored as many patterns had been formed. Based on the current situation of shortcomings of informational management， and combining systematic theory， an informational management model of idle housing sites in rural areas was proposed. Furthermore， the basic principles， management process， and systematic structure of the mode， as well as how to coordinate and control the mode was explored， aiming at improving the processing efficiency of idle rural homestead， strengthening the coordination and integrity of s rural land management in China.
