Cherish the Moment珍惜現(xiàn)在

Life is a long journey， there are a lot of scenery in the journey. However， there must be an idyllic (田園詩般的) scenery hiding in our subconsciousness (潛意識). We see ourselves on a long trip that spans the moment. We are traveling by train. Out the windows， we drink in the passing scene. However， the final destination is superior to others in our minds！

人生就是旅行，在旅途中我們會遇到許多的風(fēng)景。然而，我們的潛意識里一定藏著一派田園詩般的風(fēng)光！我們仿佛身處漫漫旅程之中！我們乘著火車，我們領(lǐng)略著窗外美麗的景色。然而我們心里想得最多的卻是最終的目的地!

So we may ruin our journeys. Sooner or later， we must realize there is no station， no one place to arrive at once and for all. The true joy of life is the trip and the moment， while the station is only a dream. It constantly outdistances (把……遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)拋在后面) us.

所以我們可能毀了自己的旅行。我們終究會認(rèn)識到人生的旅途中并沒有車站， 也沒有能夠“一到永逸”的地方!生活的真正樂趣在于旅行的過程，在于現(xiàn)在，而車站不過是個夢，它始終遙遙領(lǐng)先于我們。

So cherish the moment is an important thing in our life. It is no use crying over spilt milk. We have missed a lot of precious things in our life without knowing to cherish them.

所以珍惜現(xiàn)在是人生中一件很重要的事情。已經(jīng)發(fā)生的事情就像潑出去的水，覆水難收。很多美好的事，往往在我們的不經(jīng)意間就被錯過了。

Actually， I also missed something precious before. The reason why we would have missed those precious things is less than simple: we had thought that we could still own them tomorrow. And we often convinced ourselves that the better is coming， which make us pay no attention to what we have right now.

事實上，我也錯過一些美好的東西。錯過的理由很簡單：我們以為還有明天。并且我們經(jīng)常告訴自己后面還有更好的，這就往往導(dǎo)致了對已經(jīng)擁有的我們毫不在乎。

Nevertheless， tomorrow is actually unreliable. Otherwise， There was no saying that in many people’s life， they have only done two things: waiting and regretting. The result is that they were always too late to cherish what they had before they lost it. We would often claim to do something when we grow up， or when we get rich or when we become old， etc. However， when it comes， there is nothing to say or do.

事實上，明天是不可靠的。否則，怎么會有人說：很多人的一生中，只做了“等待”與“后悔”兩件事。結(jié)果就是，在失去之前他們總來不及珍惜他們所擁有的。我們老愛說：長大再說，有錢再說，老了再說……可是到了那時候，什么都不必說或做了。

So stop waiting until you finish school， until you go back to school， until you lose five pounds， until you gain five pounds， until you have kids， until your kids grow up， until you start work， until you lose your work， until you retire， until you get married， until you get divorced(離婚的)， until you lose the people you love or love you， until Friday night， until Monday morning， until spring， until summer， until fall， until winter， until you die， until you are born again to understand that there is no better time than right now to be happy.

所以停止等待吧！不要等你完成學(xué)業(yè)，不要等你回校，不要等你減了五磅，不要等你重了五磅，不要等你有了孩子，不要等你的孩子長大，不要等你開始工作，不要等你失去工作，不要等你退休，不要等你結(jié)婚，不要等你離婚，不要等你失去你愛的或愛你的人，不要等到周五晚上，不要等到周一清晨，不要等到春天，不要等到夏天，不要等到秋天，不要等到冬天，不要等你去世，不要等你投胎——才發(fā)現(xiàn)沒有哪一刻會比現(xiàn)在更幸福了。

However， when we reach the condition we have expected， we could no longer realize our wishes any more， because we have lost them by then.

然而，當(dāng)我們達(dá)到我們預(yù)期的條件時，我們卻感受不到我們的夢想了，因為我們早就已經(jīng)失去它了。

The truth is， there’s no better time to be happy than right now. Your life will always be filled with challenges. It’s best to admit this and decide to be happy. There is no short way to happiness. Happiness is the way. So， treasure every moment that you have.

事實上，沒有哪一刻能比現(xiàn)在更加幸福。你的生活總是充滿挑戰(zhàn)。你最好意識到這一點，下定決心，讓自己幸福起來。幸福沒有捷徑可言。幸福本身就是人生之道。所以，請珍惜你所擁有的每一刻吧！

The past is gone， and the future is unknown， what we get is the moment， so enjoy it now.

過去的已經(jīng)消逝，未來的尚不明確，只有現(xiàn)在觸手可及，所以好好品味現(xiàn)在吧！
