孟魯司特、氯雷他定糖漿、氣霧劑結合健康教育治療兒童哮喘療效觀察

[摘要] 目的 探討孟魯司特、氯雷他定糖漿、氣霧劑結合健康教育治療兒童哮喘的臨床療效。方法 70例兒童哮喘患者，隨機分為觀察組和對照組兩組。對照組：給予霧化吸入布地奈德治療。觀察組：霧化吸入布地奈德，并孟魯司特、氯雷他定糖漿結合健康教育治療。 結果 觀察組總有效率為91.4%高于對照組總有效率71.4%，差異具有顯著性（P<0.05）。 結論 孟魯司特、氯雷他定糖漿、氣霧劑結合健康教育治療兒童哮喘療效佳。

Curative effect observation of montelukast，loratadine syrup，aerosol combined with health education in treatment of children asthma

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of montelukast，loratadine syrup，aerosol combined with health education in the treatment of children with asthma. Methods 70 cases of children with asthma，were randomly divided into observation group and control group two groups.Control group：nebulized budesonide treatment.The observation group：nebulized budesonide，and montelukast and loratadine syrup，combined with health education treatment. Results Total effective rate in the observation group was 91.4% higher than that of the control group，the total efficiency of 71.4%，the difference was significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion Montelukast，loratadine syrup，aerosol in treatment of childhood asthma health education combined with good curative effect.

哮喘是兒童時期最常見的呼吸道慢性疾病之一[1]，病原較復雜，而且經常反復發作，可使患兒的呼吸功能受到不同程度的影響。本研究中，我們采用孟魯司特、氯雷他定糖漿、氣霧劑結合健康教育治療兒童哮喘，結果取得較佳療效。現報道如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1 臨床資料

選擇2011年2月～2013年2月在廣東省紫金縣人民醫院就診的哮喘患兒70例，男37例，女33例，年齡2～14歲，經過倫理委員批準及患者知情同意后按隨機數字表法分成觀察組和對照組。觀察組35例，男19例，女16例，年齡（7.3±1.5）歲。對照組35例，男18例，女17例，年齡（7.5±1.3）歲。兩組哮喘患兒年齡、性別比等一般資料（P>0.05），差異無統計學意義。

1.2 方法

對照組：給予霧化吸入布地奈德氣霧劑（阿斯利康制藥有限公司，H20030410）30～40 min吸完，1次/d。觀察組：在對照組治療方式基礎上，加用孟魯司特鈉片（山東魯南貝特制藥有限公司，H20083372），2～5歲，4 mg/次，6～14歲，5 mg/次，每晚睡前1 次。氯雷他定糖漿（湖北康源藥業有限公司，H20052105），體質量≤30 kg為5mg，體質量>30 kg為10 mg。……
