輸卵管通液配合中藥治療輸卵管阻塞65例

[摘要] 目的 觀察用輸卵管通液配合口服中藥調榮湯治療輸卵管阻塞性不孕癥的療效。 方法 將125 例輸卵管阻塞致不孕的患者隨機分成兩組，治療組65例給予輸卵管通液配合口服中藥調榮湯治療，對照組60例單純行輸卵管通液，療程為3個月。 結果 治療組55例治愈，治愈率為84.6 %；對照組40例治愈，治愈率為66.7%；治療組明顯優(yōu)于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。 結論 輸卵管通液配合口服中藥調榮湯治療輸卵管阻塞性不孕癥，行之有效，值得推廣。

Hydrotubation combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of 65 cases with salpingemphraxis

[Abstract] Objective To observe the efficacy of hydrotubation combined with oral traditional Chinese medicine Tiaorong decoction in the treatment of oviduct obstructive infertility. Methods 125 patients with infertility caused by salpingemphraxis were randomly divided into the two groups.65 cases of the treatment group were treated with hydrotubation combined with oral traditional Chinese medicine Tiaorong decoction， while 60 cases of the control group were only treated with hydrotubation.The period of treatment were 3 months. Results 55 cases in the treatment group cured and the cure rate was 84.6%，while 40 cases in the control group cured and the cure rate was 66.7%.The efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group，and there was significant difference between the two groups（P<0.05）. Conclusion Hydrotubation combined with oral traditional Chinese medicine Tiaorong decoction in the treatment of oviduct obstructive infertility has significant efficacy and it is worthy of promotion.

女性不孕癥最常見原因是盆腔黏連或輸卵管阻塞，輸卵管阻塞性不孕癥約占女性不孕因素的20%～30%[1]，近年來對其診治的研究日益引起人們的關注?，F(xiàn)代醫(yī)學多以輸卵管通液術、抗炎、輸卵管整形、造口及粘連分解等方法治療，但療效尚不理想，且患者對手術治療往往難以接受。自2000年以來，我院應用輸卵管通液配合口服調榮湯治療輸卵管阻塞性不孕癥，療效滿意，對125例患者療效進行分析，現(xiàn)報道如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料

接受研究的125例患者，均是門診患者，參照《婦產(chǎn)科學》（第7版）[2]的診斷標準，根據(jù)病史、B超、結合輸卵管造影及輸卵管通液檢查明確診斷；并排除：（1）先天性輸卵管畸形或缺如；（2）輸卵管結核；（3）男性生殖功能異常；（4）合并心、肝、腎、血液等原發(fā)性疾病及精神性疾病。經(jīng)醫(yī)學倫理委員會通過且患者本人同意，按數(shù)字表法隨機分為2組，輸卵管通液加中藥組（簡稱治療組）65例，年齡24～38歲，平均28.6歲，病程2～13年，平均3.6年；……
