論醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)下藥品動(dòng)態(tài)盤點(diǎn)的監(jiān)控要點(diǎn)

[摘要] 藥品是醫(yī)院開展醫(yī)療活動(dòng)當(dāng)中的重要組成部分，一個(gè)醫(yī)院的藥品儲(chǔ)備量及周轉(zhuǎn)率關(guān)系著整個(gè)醫(yī)院的資金運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)，藥品約占一個(gè)醫(yī)院總流動(dòng)資產(chǎn)的5%～10%左右。因此，對(duì)于藥品的管理與監(jiān)控關(guān)系著整個(gè)醫(yī)院的生存與長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展。文章分析了我國(guó)醫(yī)院藥品盤點(diǎn)產(chǎn)生誤差的原因，同時(shí)針對(duì)所存在的問題指出了在醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)下對(duì)于藥品動(dòng)態(tài)盤點(diǎn)的監(jiān)控要點(diǎn)。

Key points of monitoring on drug dynamic stock-taking under hospital information system

[Abstract] Drug are important component part of curative activity.Drug reserve amount and turnover rate of a hospital have a direct relationship on working fund of total hospital.Drug amount for the 5% to 10% of total working fund of a hospital according to statistics.So，the management and monitoring of drug have a direct relationship on the survival and long-run development of total hospital.This study analyzes the reason of error in drug stock-taking of hospital in China，meantime the key points of monitoring on drug dynamic stock-taking under hospital information system are pointed out to the exiting questions.

藥品管理當(dāng)中對(duì)于藥房的管理是最為復(fù)雜也最為重要的，藥房當(dāng)中的藥品品種繁多、流動(dòng)性強(qiáng)、周轉(zhuǎn)速度快，同時(shí)又受到拆零或是破損等因素影響[1]，導(dǎo)致藥房中的藥品與賬物不能做到百分之百的符合實(shí)際，這給藥品的盤點(diǎn)帶來了很大的困難。藥品的管理通常是通過進(jìn)行定期的盤點(diǎn)以及日常的管理來實(shí)現(xiàn)。日常的管理是進(jìn)行藥品管理的手段，而定期盤點(diǎn)則反映了日常管理的效率，同時(shí)藥品盤點(diǎn)的準(zhǔn)確性關(guān)系到一個(gè)醫(yī)院藥品管理水平的高低[2]。所以說，藥品的盤點(diǎn)是醫(yī)院藥品管理工作當(dāng)中的一個(gè)重要組成部分，做好藥品盤點(diǎn)工作對(duì)于醫(yī)院的長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展非常重要。

1 藥品盤點(diǎn)產(chǎn)生誤差的原因

藥品盤點(diǎn)為何不能做到賬物相符，其產(chǎn)生誤差的原因又是什么呢？我們主要從以下幾方面進(jìn)行分析。

1.1 盤點(diǎn)前的準(zhǔn)備不充分
