摘 "要:在普通高校速度滑冰課中廣泛應(yīng)用微格教學(xué)法具有必要性和重要性。運用文獻資料法、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計法和實驗法,對速度滑冰微格教學(xué)與傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)方法進行實驗對比研究。研究結(jié)果顯示,由數(shù)量較少的學(xué)生組成微型教學(xué)單位,并采用多媒體教育技術(shù)手段,適時進行學(xué)習(xí)情況反饋,能減輕學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)壓力,提升學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)主動性和學(xué)習(xí)興趣,促進師生關(guān)系;能使大部分學(xué)生熟練掌握速度滑冰的運動技能;能有效提高速度滑冰運動成績。運用微格教學(xué)方法,達到了有效提高速度滑冰教學(xué)效果的目的。

Effect of Microteaching on Speed Skating Teaching Effectiveness

Abstract:Microteaching has the need and importance with being widely used in various sports in colleges and universities. With the methods of documents,statistics and experiments,this paper has an experimental comparative study on microteaching and traditional teaching methods of speed skating. The results show,microteaching unit is made up of a smaller number of students,and by multimedia means,timely feedback learning situation,decrease students' learning stress,improve the students' interest and initiative in learning speed skating, promote teacher-student relationship; Make most of the students mastered the skills of speed skating; Effectively improve athletic performance of speed skating.Using microteaching method, achieve to effectively improve the teaching effectiveness of speed skating.

微格教學(xué)是 1963 年由美國斯坦福大學(xué)的Allen和Eve首先創(chuàng)立和開發(fā)的[1],微格教學(xué)法在各個學(xué)科中都得到應(yīng)用。對于以肢體語言為主要教學(xué)方式的體育課,應(yīng)用微格教學(xué)法進行教學(xué),具有一定的貢獻和獨特的教學(xué)效果。微格教學(xué)與傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)方法相比,不僅能提高學(xué)生對學(xué)習(xí)的興趣,更能把復(fù)雜的技術(shù)動作通過多媒體等手段達到回放、慢放等效果,使之變成簡單易學(xué)的動作,讓學(xué)生更能在課堂中,從聽老師講課到角色的轉(zhuǎn)換,自己當小老師;還能積極調(diào)動學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的主動性,提倡學(xué)生自主、探究、合作、創(chuàng)新學(xué)習(xí)[2],能有效發(fā)揮學(xué)生的主體地位,提升學(xué)生自我學(xué)習(xí)和自我管理的能力。因此,在普通高校速度滑冰課中廣泛應(yīng)用微格教學(xué)法具有必要性和重要性。應(yīng)用微格教學(xué)法對速度滑冰教學(xué)進行實驗研究,從微格教學(xué)法進入速度滑冰的教學(xué)過程和意義進行分析,探討運用微格教學(xué)方法有效提高速度滑冰教學(xué)效果的途徑。……
