The experience and enlightenment of several of the rectification movement history of the Communist Party of China is mainly: the rectification movement is an important phase organizational life form to overcome the contradictions within the party; the rectification movement must combine the scientific criticism with self-criticism ; it must adhere to the mass line, but not into “political movement”; it must have the correct guidelines and should have sufficient preparation in theory; it must highlight the leadership role of the party, but also take the legal and system construction as guarantee; and rectification movement should have advanced awareness and focus on the formation of long-term mechanism.

In Chongqing, Shanghai and other cities, the house property tax levies accumulate some experience for China’s house property tax reform fully open. However, there still exist the problems on collection objects, relief standard, unreasonable and narrow tax base, and low tax rate. So, it is necessary to make a reference of foreign mature experience, to uphold the rule of law first in the house property tax reform; to expand the tax base and increase tax rate; to give local government corresponding rights on tax legislative and collection; to take urban real estate into the scope of taxation; to break through data and technical barriers, and establish a sound house property value assessment system; to focus on the fairness, transparency and expenditure of house property tax; to coordinate house property tax with other taxes.

In application of the system, we should adhere to the case for the prudent principle, strictly limited applicable conditions, clear applicable procedures, and take measures to prevent the abuse of the system.

Research on Gelao culture has important academic value to study the cultural origin and migrating direction of Gelao nationality, and also has the important meaning for the development and protection of ethnic tourism culture.

The Chinese characters of “琵琶”, “枇杷”, “批把”, “鼙婆”, have the same or similar pronunciation, and always are misused in the literature texts, regarded as wrong words. However, from the aspect of ancient history, it is not difficult to find that they are not accidentally mixed or misused, and they have close relations. This paper will stand in the angle of the historical development of ancient Chinese, combined with the history of ancient musical instruments and ancient agricultural development, deeply analyze the words of “琵琶”, “枇杷”,“批把”, “鼙婆” in glyph, voice and semantic relationship between words, thus explore the internal causes of the mixture.

URSG-SSMCD model takes the integration of urban and rural education as a whole. From horizontal and vertical dimensions, it chooses the spatial morphology, physical form, social pattern, culture pattern, and development pattern as the evaluation factors, and establishes a different evaluation index system from the traditional ones. We should play educational evaluation’s guiding, evaluating and promoting function, accurately grasp the status of the integration of urban and rural education development, and promote the integration of urban and rural education development.
