偏遠地區(qū)殘疾青少年冬季參加體育活動的影響因素與發(fā)展對策

摘 ?要：偏遠地區(qū)殘疾青少年冬季運動項目由于自身的局限性，往往被社會各界力量所忽視。針對影響社區(qū)偏遠地區(qū)殘疾青少年冬季運動項目開展的各種因素進行分析。研究結(jié)果表明：影響偏遠地區(qū)殘疾青少年冬季項目開展的因素有偏遠地區(qū)殘疾青少年的文化程度、偏遠地區(qū)殘疾青少年的心理障礙、偏遠地區(qū)殘疾青少年的競技狀況、社會各界的支持與相應(yīng)政策的扶持，同時還受到客觀因素的制約，即家庭環(huán)境和社會環(huán)境的制約。根據(jù)影響因素制定行之有效的策略，從而推動偏遠地區(qū)殘疾青少年冬季項目的發(fā)展。

Influence Factors and Development Countermeasures of the Disabled Teenagers' Taking the Winter Physical Exercises the Remote Region

Abstract： Because of the inhouse limitations， the winter sports events for the disabled teenagers in remote region are often ignored by all sectors of society. The paper has an analysis of various factors influencing the disabled teenagers taking the winter physical exercises in the remote region. The results show that the influence factors relate to their degree of education， psychological disorder， competitive condition， the support from all sectors of society， and the objective restrictions in family and social environment. In order to advance the development of the disabled teenagers' winter sports events in the remote region， it tries to formulate some effective countermeasures according to these influence factors.Key words： remote region; disabled teenager; winter physical exercise; factor; countermeasures

黑龍江省地處祖國的最東北部，地處北緯43°25′～53°33′，東經(jīng)121°11′～135°05′之間，地勢南北高、東西低，自西北向東南主要由大興安嶺、小興安嶺以及張廣才嶺、完達山等組成的東部山地構(gòu)成[1];1月平均氣溫-31℃～-15℃，極端最低氣溫達-52.3℃，冬季長而寒冷，夏季短而涼爽，南北溫差大，北部甚至長冬無夏。偏寒冷的氣候條件導(dǎo)致黑龍江省偏遠地區(qū)的體育健身活動形式單一，自身具有生理特殊性，專屬的健身場地設(shè)施稀少，一般情況下都是與成年群眾共用一套體育設(shè)施。健身形式以獨自鍛煉為主，經(jīng)濟基礎(chǔ)差、無專業(yè)人士組織指導(dǎo)、無適應(yīng)的場地設(shè)施是限制偏遠地區(qū)殘疾青少年體育健身活動開展的主要因素;同時家人與社會支持及自身康復(fù)需要是促進偏遠地區(qū)殘疾青少年參加體育健身活動的主要因素。……
