摘要:目的 為了增加患者對醫(yī)生的信任度,減少醫(yī)療糾紛和投訴,消除醫(yī)鬧,讓患者的知情權(quán)得到充分的體現(xiàn);讓每個患者都能按《消費(fèi)者權(quán)益保護(hù)法》享受自己的權(quán)益。方法 觀察組(A組)訪視除口頭囑咐患者手術(shù)、麻醉配合注意事項(xiàng)外還按不同麻醉方式另外統(tǒng)一分發(fā)由《麻醉咨詢室》制定的相應(yīng)的《XX麻醉手術(shù)配合要點(diǎn)告知與咨詢》的宣傳單;對照組(B組)訪視只是口頭囑咐手術(shù)麻醉配合注意事項(xiàng)不分發(fā)任何與手術(shù)、麻醉注意事項(xiàng)相關(guān)的宣傳單。結(jié)果 觀察組滿意度和配合程度均顯著高于對照組。討論 手術(shù)室是醫(yī)院高風(fēng)險的科室,手術(shù)患者知情權(quán)與告知工作的落實(shí)直接影響手術(shù)患者的滿意度甚至直接影響到醫(yī)院的社會效益與經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。《麻醉咨詢室》加強(qiáng)了與手術(shù)患者的溝通,讓患者的知情權(quán)得到充分的體現(xiàn);讓每個患者都能按《消費(fèi)者權(quán)益保護(hù)法》享受自己的權(quán)益。由此可增加患者對醫(yī)生的信任度,減少醫(yī)療糾紛和投訴,改善當(dāng)今緊張的醫(yī)患關(guān)系。《麻醉咨詢室》對醫(yī)院實(shí)施來說簡單,對麻醉醫(yī)師手術(shù)前訪視來說方便;對患者來說體貼,值得廣大醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)推廣。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the In order to increase the patient's trust to the doctor,reducing medical disputes and complaints,and eliminate the medical,to improve the current tense doctor-patient relationship,build a harmonious,harmonious doctor-patient relationship.Let the patient's right to know fully embodied;Let every patient can according to enjoy their rights and interests of consumer protection law.Methods Observation group(group A)supervision in addition to charge the patient oral surgery and anesthesia with considerations also according to different anesthetic methods and unified distribution set by the《anesthesia consulting room》of the corresponding\\"XX anesthesia surgery with points to inform and consult the flyer;Control group(group B)supervision is charged to general anesthesia with oral notice not to distribute any associated with surgery and anesthesia matters needing attention of the flyer.Results The degree of satisfaction and cooperate with the observation group were significantly higher than the control group.Conclusion High-risk departments to discuss the operating room is hospital,surgery patients'right to know and inform the implementation of the work directly affect the satisfaction of patients with surgery or even directly affects the hospital's social and economic benefits.The anesthetic consulting room,strengthen the communication with the surgery patient,shorten the distance between doctors and patients,to do with the patient as the center,let the patient's right to know fully embodied;Let every patient can according to enjoy their rights and interests of consumer protection law.This can increase the patient's trust to the doctor,reducing medical disputes and complaints,and improve the current tense doctor-patient relationship,build a harmonious,harmonious doctor-patient relationship.The anesthesia consulting rooms for hospitals to implement simple,convenient for anesthesiologists before the operation supervision;Caring for the patient,is worth popularizing the medical institutions.
