我院治療肺癌的中藥處方分析

摘要：目的 調(diào)查我院肺癌患者的中藥使用情況，了解中藥治療肺癌的用藥現(xiàn)狀，為促進(jìn)臨床合理用藥提供參考。方法 收集我院在2014年01月～06月的肺癌處方，對(duì)常用中藥飲片的使用情況做回顧性調(diào)查和分析。結(jié)果 通過(guò)處方分析，肺癌處方共計(jì)297張，門(mén)診是169張，住院是128張，男性患者有218張?zhí)幏?，女性患者?9張?zhí)幏健Ｌ幏街谢颊咂骄挲g約為63歲，32～85歲，其中以61～70歲的居多，占38.7%；處方平均藥味約18味，最少的為1味，最大的為35味，其中以11～20味居多，占60.9%。在治療肺癌上多使用茯苓、麥冬、南沙參、炒白術(shù)、北沙參、百合、薏苡仁等。結(jié)論 我院肺癌中藥處方開(kāi)方規(guī)范，使用藥味合理， 與中醫(yī)治療理論相匹配，可以為臨床肺癌的合理用藥提供參考依據(jù)。

Abstract：Objective To analy the utilization of traditional Chinese medicines on Prescription of Patients with lung cancer Service of Our Hospital and understand the current situation and trend of Chinese medicine treatment of Lung cancer and do some analysis. Methods Collect prescription total of 297 points of Pharmacy from Jan to June and analyze the use of traditional Chinese Medicine Results Through the analysis of prescription， tuberculosis prescription is 297， 169 outpatient ，hospital 128， male 218 prescriptions， women accounted for 79 of prescriptions. The average age of prescription in patients is about 63 years old， the smallest 32 years old， the oldest was 85 years， with 61 to 70 years old the majority， accounting for 38.7%； The average drug prescription about 18 taste， at least for 1 flavor， the largest of 35 flavor， with 11 20 majority， accounting for 60.9% In the treatment of lung cancer，it use more Fuling， Maidong，Nanshashen，Chaobaishu， Beishashen ，Baihe，Yiyiren and so on.Conclusion Our Lung cancer prescription prescribing specification， reasonable use medicine， treatment with traditional Chinese medicine theory to match， can provide reference for the clinical treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis.

肺癌，屬于中醫(yī)學(xué)\"肺積\"、\"肺癰\"等范疇。是常見(jiàn)的惡性腫瘤之一，其發(fā)病率和死亡率增長(zhǎng)最快，嚴(yán)重危害人民群眾的身體健康和生命安全。近20 年來(lái)，肺癌的死亡率在惡性腫瘤中的上升幅度最大，已居癌癥發(fā)病率之首位[1]。肺癌患者的5年生存率不超過(guò)15%[2]。肺癌的病因至今尚不完全明確，目前認(rèn)為吸煙是肺癌的最重要的高危因素。我院是江蘇省規(guī)模最大的胸部?？漆t(yī)院，主要承擔(dān)著肺結(jié)核和肺癌等胸部疾病的醫(yī)療任務(wù)，我院專家在采用中藥輔助治療肺癌方面積累了豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，也收到了良好效果。本文對(duì)我院肺癌處方進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析，以期為臨床提供一些參考。
