開胸手術后閉式引流管的護理措施分析

摘要：目的 對開胸手術后閉式引流管的護理措施及護理效果進行分析。方法 選取行開胸手術的84例患者，所有患者均放置胸腔閉式引流管，同時為患者提供全面而細致的精心護理，分析護理效果。結果 本組84例患者經精心護理干預，均于術后48～72h拔管，且均無嚴重并發癥發生，均康復出院，平均住院時間為（19.2±1.3）d。結論 對于接受開胸手術的患者，在術后展開閉式引流管精心護理可確保引流管固定可靠，保持引流管暢通，能夠有效預防感染，促進患者術后快速康復。

Abstract：Objective To analysis closed drainage tube after thoracotomy nursing measures and nursing effect.Methods Selected 84 patients of thoracotomy， all patients were placed chest closed drainage pipe， at the same time provide patients with comprehensive and meticulous care， nursing effect analysis.Results This group of 84 patients after careful nursing intervention， were recorded in 48 ～72 h tube drawing， and there were no severe complications occurred， rehabilitation hospital discharge， average hospitalization time was （19.2±1.3）d.Conclusion For in patients undergoing thoracotomy， closed drainage tube in postoperative care can ensure reliable drainage tube fixed， keep clear of drainage tube， can effectively prevent infection， promote the patients' rapid recovery.

開胸手術后閉式引流管的護理是胸外科護理工作的重點，直接影響著患者術后康復速度及康復效果。我院在為患者展開開胸手術時，術后均給予閉式引流管精心護理干預，成效顯著，現報道如下。

1資料與方法

1.1一般資料 選取2012年3月～2014年3月于我院行開胸手術的84例患者，其中男45例，女39例，年齡31～78歲，平均（52.6±3.2）歲；所有患者均行開胸手術，具體手術類型為：食管癌根治術26例，肺癌根治術20例，肺破裂修補術6例，縱膈腫瘤切除術21例，膿胸清除術8例，肺結核病灶清除術3例。

1.2方法 所有患者均給予開胸手術后閉式引流管精心護理干預，具體措施如下：

1.2.1妥善固定引流管 將閉式引流管置于患者術側腋中線第7、8肋間，術后由專人護送患者回病房，在此過程中利用兩把血管鉗對引流管進行鉗夾。移動患者時保持動作輕柔，以免引流管脫滑，保證引流管長度適宜，以便于患者可在床上翻身或活動；……
