基于工作過程系統(tǒng)化的“數據庫應用實務”課程改革

摘要：課程是職業(yè)教育改革的一個核心，基于工作過程系統(tǒng)化的課程開發(fā)是高職院校課程改革的趨勢。文章按照基于工作過程系統(tǒng)化的開發(fā)方法，從“數據庫應用實務”課程的崗位需求、內容組織、教學實施、考核評價等環(huán)節(jié)進行設計。通過完成典型的工作任務，不但推動教學方式的轉變與教學改革的發(fā)展，同時還培養(yǎng)學生的創(chuàng)新能力和實踐動手能力以及團隊合作精神。

Abstract：The curriculum is a core of the occupation education reform. Curriculum reform based on the Systematization of Working Process is the trend of curriculum reform of Vocational colleges. According to development method based on the Systematization of Working Process， carries on the design from the "database application" course requirements， contents， teaching， assessment and evaluation process. Through the typical tasks， not only to promote the transformation of teaching methods and teaching reform， but also cultivate the students' innovation ability and practice ability and the team cooperation spirit.

1 概述

職業(yè)教育的改革，將原來的知識本位發(fā)展為現在的能力本位。高職課程作為高職教學的基本單位，必須也要真正按照崗位能力設置課程，培養(yǎng)學生的職業(yè)能力，能夠可持續(xù)發(fā)展。我院以學生的職業(yè)發(fā)展為中心，逐步形成了“能力為主線、應用為目的、發(fā)展為核心”的人才培養(yǎng)特色，開發(fā)了一系列基于工作過程系統(tǒng)化的課程標準。該文以《數據庫應用實務》為載體，嘗試對高職課程特色建設進行探索。

2 職業(yè)崗位需求

原有的學科知識結構不適于職業(yè)教育，必須在原有的知識結構下開發(fā)出適合職業(yè)教育的課程體系[1]。職業(yè)教育的課程開發(fā)，是以工作過程為導向，按照“專業(yè)調研—工作崗位—行動領域—學習領域—學習情境”的流程進行構建。我們通過對智聯招聘、中華英才網等人才招聘網站近一年的招聘信息進行分析和匯總，得出數據庫從業(yè)技術人員的崗位能力的要求。……
