高等職業院校專業可持續發展的核心要素分析

摘要：專業作為高職院校內涵建設的核心，體現了學校的辦學定位和人才培養規格，專業建設水平體現了學校的辦學水平，直接決定人才培養質量。該文分析了高等職業院校專業可持續發展的內涵和特點，提出謀求“中國特色”的高職教育專業可持續發展，為深入實施科教興國和人才強國戰略提供堅強人才保證和智力支持。

Abstract：The core of professional higher vocational colleges connotation construction， embodies the training specifications of running school orientation and talent， professional construction level reflects the school running level， directly determines the quality of talent cultivation. This paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of sustainable development of professional higher occupation colleges， put forward to seek "China characteristics" of higher vocational education to implement the strategy of sustainable development， to provide strong talents guarantee and intellectual support for in-depth rejuvenating and talent.

1 概述

社會發展靠經濟，經濟發展靠人才，人才培養靠教育，教育質量靠專業建設。專業是高職院校與經濟社會聯系的橋梁，是一項復雜的社會系統工程，是學校適應市場需求，拓寬就業渠道的關鍵環節。國務院近期印發的《關于加快發展現代職業教育的決定》指出“到2020年，形成適應發展需求、產教深度融合、中職高職銜接、職業教育與普通教育相互溝通，體現終身教育理念，具有中國特色、世界水平的現代職業教育體系，激發職業教育辦學活力”。因此，高職院校如何推動專業與就業崗位對接、課程建設與國家職業標準對接、教學過程與行業生產過程對接，提高職業教育人才培養質量，增強高職院校競爭力，已經成為亟需解決的問題。
