醫(yī)學影像專業(yè)本科生擇業(yè)方向分析

摘要：現(xiàn)今，醫(yī)學影像學生能否選擇最適合自己的專業(yè)方向，對他們的未來非常重要。我們通過對徐州醫(yī)學院醫(yī)學影像專業(yè)154名大四和大五在校學生進行問卷調(diào)查。分析、探討、總結(jié)影響他們專業(yè)選擇的因素。根據(jù)分析結(jié)果，我們針對就業(yè)壓力、家庭經(jīng)濟、社會等主要因素提出合理性建議。

Analysis of the Direction of Medical Imaging Specialty Undergraduate career

Abstract： Considering the employment pressure、 economic factors、 social factors ect， nowadays，medical imaging students choosing the most suitable professional direction for themself has become the key guarantee for a good future . In Xuzhou Medical College， our group let 154 students of Medical Imaging who are in the fourth and fifth grade fill in the questionnaire.After that we Analysis、 discuss and summarize the factors which have impact on student's career choices .Basing on the analysis，we can give the most reasonable advice and recommendation about how and what they choose the most suitable profession ， this is the most important part in our survey.

醫(yī)學影像學專業(yè)包括影像診斷和影像技術(shù)兩個專業(yè)方向，影像診斷專業(yè)以培養(yǎng)臨床診斷型醫(yī)生為人才培養(yǎng)目標；影像技術(shù)專業(yè)以培養(yǎng)既有醫(yī)學基礎知識，又有理工學知識的醫(yī)學影像工程與技術(shù)復合型人才為另一培養(yǎng)目標[1]。那么醫(yī)學影像專業(yè)的學生將選擇哪種專業(yè)呢？影響其選擇的因素又有哪些呢？

1影響因素

1.1家庭因素與經(jīng)濟因素 醫(yī)學生學習培養(yǎng)周期長，每年的學費、住宿費加上日常生活費，每年開支至少需12 000～15 000元；對于部分低收入家庭來說，是較重的經(jīng)濟負擔。在發(fā)放的154份調(diào)查問卷中，因診斷未來收入前景好而選擇診斷專業(yè)的占36.92%，可以看出：家庭經(jīng)濟因素對影像學生的專業(yè)選擇有著很大的影響。

1.2醫(yī)師資格證 對于基層規(guī)模較小的醫(yī)院，技術(shù)與診斷是不分工的，在較大的醫(yī)院，技師與診斷醫(yī)生分工明確。執(zhí)業(yè)醫(yī)師法與職業(yè)醫(yī)師考試規(guī)定，一旦從事技術(shù)工作就無法再考取醫(yī)師資格證，不能做出作出獨立的診斷報告，這對于學生在專業(yè)選擇上影響很大。

1.3輻射因素 國家早期有關規(guī)定，有關放射性物質(zhì)的工作為有害工種[2]，不少醫(yī)院放射學工作有較高的福利待遇，如增加工齡，增加公休假期，給予合理的津貼等。……
