本科生臨床實(shí)習(xí)施行導(dǎo)師制初探

摘要：隨著人類的發(fā)展，社會(huì)的進(jìn)步，教育教學(xué)改革的任務(wù)也日益緊迫，日益繁重，臨床醫(yī)學(xué)教育改革迫在眉睫。文章從北醫(yī)本科生施行導(dǎo)師制工作入手，進(jìn)行初步探索，試圖尋找符合醫(yī)院實(shí)際情況，符合臨床醫(yī)學(xué)教育改革、達(dá)到教學(xué)相長(zhǎng)的方法的有效途徑，提出可行的設(shè)想及思考。

Abstract：With the development of human beings， the progress of the society， the education task of teaching reform is increasingly urgent， increasingly heavy， clinical medical education reform is imminent. The article， from the perspective of the founding of tutorial system for undergraduates， a preliminary exploration， trying to find accord with the actual situation hospital， in line with the reform of clinical medical education， and so achieve method is an effective way， put forward feasible ideas and thinking.

臨床實(shí)習(xí)教學(xué)是整個(gè)醫(yī)學(xué)教育的重要組成部分，是完成教學(xué)計(jì)劃所規(guī)定的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的最后階段，是醫(yī)學(xué)生實(shí)現(xiàn)課堂知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化為實(shí)踐知識(shí)、理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合、醫(yī)學(xué)生向醫(yī)生轉(zhuǎn)換的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵時(shí)期，是實(shí)現(xiàn)教育目標(biāo)的關(guān)鍵[1]。針對(duì)我國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)高等教育重講述輕實(shí)踐的問(wèn)題，施行實(shí)習(xí)生導(dǎo)師制，建立以導(dǎo)師制為核心的培養(yǎng)機(jī)制，著重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生認(rèn)識(shí)問(wèn)題的能力、解決問(wèn)題的能力、臨床思維能力等綜合素質(zhì)，促進(jìn)教學(xué)質(zhì)量提高，并為臨床實(shí)習(xí)教學(xué)改革尋找突破點(diǎn)。我院于2012年在北醫(yī)臨床醫(yī)學(xué)07級(jí)8班27名學(xué)生實(shí)習(xí)中進(jìn)行導(dǎo)師制試點(diǎn)，經(jīng)過(guò)一年多的運(yùn)行，通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查，初步了解導(dǎo)師制在本科生實(shí)習(xí)的效果和發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題，為今后正式推行導(dǎo)師制夯實(shí)了基礎(chǔ)。

1 我院實(shí)行導(dǎo)師制的情況

我院對(duì)導(dǎo)師的任職資格作出了一定的要求： 具有較強(qiáng)的帶教意識(shí)和科研能力，熱愛(ài)教學(xué)工作， 治學(xué)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)；具有本科以上學(xué)歷，高年資住院醫(yī)師以上的教學(xué)骨干。其職責(zé)是： 根據(jù)實(shí)習(xí)指導(dǎo)，制定本科生實(shí)習(xí)計(jì)劃，并督促實(shí)施， 培養(yǎng)學(xué)生良好的心理素質(zhì)、與病人溝通的能力及技巧，加強(qiáng)學(xué)生\"三基\"知識(shí)的掌握及應(yīng)用，開(kāi)拓學(xué)生臨床思維，培養(yǎng)科研意識(shí)及能力，同時(shí)，導(dǎo)師需對(duì)學(xué)生的思想、生活、身心健康結(jié)合自身的經(jīng)歷在學(xué)習(xí)方法、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)上給予全方位的指導(dǎo)?！?br>
