年齡相關(guān)性白內(nèi)障患者術(shù)前兩種剪睫毛方法比較

摘要：目的 改進(jìn)年齡相關(guān)性白內(nèi)障患者術(shù)前剪睫毛的方法。方法 將100例白內(nèi)障手術(shù)患者分成兩組各50例，按手術(shù)先后分別用新方法和老方法剪睫毛，觀察患者情緒、脈搏、瞬目、皮膚等情況。結(jié)果 情緒穩(wěn)定：實(shí)驗(yàn)組88%，對(duì)照組64%；脈搏增快：實(shí)驗(yàn)組20%，對(duì)照組70%；瞼緣皮膚損傷：實(shí)驗(yàn)組0%，對(duì)照組6%；瞬目反射：實(shí)驗(yàn)組10%，對(duì)照組68%；平均操作時(shí)間：實(shí)驗(yàn)組3.5min，對(duì)照組5min。結(jié)論 新方法可避免患者緊張、恐懼，減少瞬目次數(shù)，減少瞼緣損傷，并縮短操作時(shí)間，值得在臨床上推廣運(yùn)用。

Age Related Cataract Patients before two Shearing Eyelashes Method

Abstract：Objective Amethod for improving age-related cataract patients before cut eyelashes.Methods 100 cases of cataract operation were divided into two group of each 50 people，respectively according to the operation with new methods and the old method of shear eyelash，observed in patients with mood，pulse，blink，skin etc.Results the emotional stability：experimental group 88%，control group 64%；a fast pulse：experimental group 20%，control group 70%；the lower eyelid skin injury：experiment group 0%，control group 6%；blink reflex：the experimental group 10%，control group 68%；average operating time：3.5 minutes，the control group of 5 minutes.Conclusion The new method can avoid the anxiety，fear，decreasing blink times，reduce eyelid injury，and shorten the operation time，worthy of promotion in clinical use

據(jù)《中國(guó)老齡事業(yè)發(fā)展報(bào)告（2013）》報(bào)告，2012年，我國(guó)老年人口數(shù)量達(dá)到1.94億，老齡化水平達(dá)到14.3%；2013年老年人口數(shù)量突破2億大關(guān)，達(dá)到2.02億，老齡化水平達(dá)到14.8%。隨著人口老齡化和人們對(duì)生活質(zhì)量的高要求，內(nèi)眼手術(shù)中行年齡相關(guān)性白內(nèi)障（老年性白內(nèi)障）手術(shù)的老年人數(shù)量越來越大。手術(shù)前需常規(guī)剪睫毛，便于手術(shù)時(shí)皮膚消毒，使手術(shù)視野清晰直觀，有效預(yù)防術(shù)后眼部感染。也可以防止手術(shù)中斷睫掉落到結(jié)膜囊內(nèi)。由于老年人上瞼皮膚松弛，彈性差，皮下脂肪稀少，剪睫毛操作中易損傷皮膚，且操作中睫毛不慎落入眼內(nèi)，瞬目反射明顯，引起眼睛磨痛，流淚等不適，給實(shí)際操作帶來困難[1]，為此，我們改進(jìn)了剪睫毛的方法，在臨床應(yīng)用中效果較好。現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1一般資料 選擇2013年6月～2014年2月，年齡在55～92歲的年齡相關(guān)性白內(nèi)障患者100例，其中男性63例，女性37例，按手術(shù)先后順序分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組各50例。……
