中藥藥浴聯(lián)合NB—UVB治療尋常型銀屑病療效觀察

摘要：目的 觀察中藥藥浴聯(lián)合NB-UVB（窄譜中波紫外線）治療尋常型銀屑病的療效。方法 將我院收治的84例尋常型銀屑病患者隨機(jī)分為兩組（每組42例），對(duì)照組應(yīng)用NB-UVB治療，觀察組采用NB-UVB、中藥藥浴聯(lián)合治療，對(duì)比兩組的療效。結(jié)果 觀察組的治療總有效率為95.2%，顯著高于對(duì)照組的76.2%，（P<0.05），差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義；觀察組的住院時(shí)間及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率均顯著優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 中藥藥浴聯(lián)合NB-UVB治療尋常型銀屑病具有顯著的療效，且不良反應(yīng)小，可有效加快患者康復(fù)進(jìn)程。

Observe the Traditional Chinese Medicine Bath Combined with NB-UVB in the Treatment of Psoriasis Vulgaris

Abstract：Objective To observe the traditional Chinese medicine bath combined with NB-UVB efficacy in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods To divide randomly 84 patients of psoriasis vulgaris in our hospital into 2 groups （each group 42 cases）， the control group using NB-UVB treatment， observation group were treated with NB-UVB， traditional Chinese medicine medicated bath treatment， curative effect of two groups. Results The treatment the total effective rate of observation group was 95.2%， significantly higher than the control group （76.2%， P<0.05）， the difference was statistically significant； in-hospital time of the observation group and adverse reaction rate was significantly better than the control group， （P<0.05）. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine bath combined with NB-UVB therapy has significant curative effect of psoriasis vulgaris， and little adverse reaction， can effectively accelerate rehabilitation process.

銀屑病是臨床常見(jiàn)的慢性炎癥性皮膚病，其具有易復(fù)發(fā)的特點(diǎn)，臨床治療銀屑病的方法較多，然而在治療效果方面往往差強(qiáng)人意。我院在銀屑病的臨床治療中，采用了NB-UVB聯(lián)合中藥藥浴療法，獲得了理想的療效，報(bào)道如下。

兩組患者的療效對(duì)比，見(jiàn)表1。觀察組的治療總有效率為95.2%，顯著高于對(duì)照組的76.2%，P<0.05，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。

3 討論

目前，關(guān)于銀屑病的病因還沒(méi)有明確的解釋，大部分認(rèn)為其是多基因遺傳背景下T細(xì)胞街道的免疫性疾病。NB-UVB的波長(zhǎng)為311nm，具有極強(qiáng)的穿透性，可直達(dá)表皮深層通過(guò)生物學(xué)效應(yīng)誘導(dǎo)T淋巴細(xì)胞凋亡，從而達(dá)到治療目的。中藥藥浴方劑中所含的土槿皮、土茯苓、地膚子具有止癢、解毒、利濕、清熱之功效，白蘚皮、苦參、徐長(zhǎng)卿具有涼血解毒、清熱燥濕的功效，白蒺藜、當(dāng)歸具有補(bǔ)血、活血之功，大黃可瀉火清熱，諸藥合用可達(dá)到潤(rùn)膚止癢、養(yǎng)血活血、清熱解毒的功效[3]。……
