婁錫恩從心肝火旺論治不寐經驗(2例報告)

筆者總結跟隨婁錫恩教授臨床治療“不寐”的辨治經驗，認為“不寐”，尤其是中青年人多心肝火旺，從心肝火旺來治療，易于把握，療效較好。

失眠，中醫稱為“不寐”，指無法入睡或無法保持睡眠狀態，導致睡眠不足，表現為入睡困難、早醒、醒后無法入睡?，F代醫家在臨床中，對于失眠癥的辨證多從氣血陰陽入手，以五臟失調為本分析，多數醫家以“五臟致病”立論，部分醫家由“虛實”辨析。婁錫恩主任對于失眠的治療積累了豐富的經驗，筆者有幸跟隨學習，受益匪淺。不寐病因病機較復雜，由于當今社會生活節奏日漸加快，受失眠困擾的患者與日俱增。婁主任認為“不寐”，尤其是中青輕人主要從心肝辨證論治。

The author summarizes the experiences in syndrome differentiation of clinical treatment of insomnia following the professor Lou Xi'en.He thinks that insomnia，especially the young peoplemainly are hyperactivity of heart-liver fire.From the hyperactivity ofheart-liver fire for treatment iseasy to grasp，and the curative effect isbetter.
