最好的創業創意來自市場 失敗的經驗彌足珍貴 ——以色列創業領域Gil Avnimelech博士來渝演講

2015年6月3日，以色列創業領域專家Gil Avnimelech博士，在西南大學和渝通賓館成功進行了兩場創新創業專題演講。據悉，本次活動由以色列駐成都總領事館與重慶市科委、重慶市外國專家局聯合主辦，重慶市科學技術研究院、重慶高技術創業中心聯合承辦。以色列駐成都總領事館副總領事雅各布先生、重慶市外國專家局局長雷虹親臨活動現場致辭。

雅各布先生和雷虹在各自的致辭中都表示：中以雙方有必要加強在創新創業方面的合作，以更加積極的姿態搶占創新創業時代的制高點，推動雙方產業融合和轉型升級，實現互利共贏。雅各布先生還在現場提出以色列與重慶關于軟件開發等方面展開合作的建議，表示將全力支持以色列相關機構與重慶開展科研方面的實質性合作。

眾所周知，以色列是世界著名的創新創業基地，以色列自上世紀60年代便開始探索創新創業的孵化模式。如今，以色列每年大約有2000多家創業創新公司出現，為全世界提供成百上千的創新創業產品，涵蓋安全、軍事、衛生等各個領域，其創業創新能力得到世界公認。據主辦方介紹，Gil Avnimelech博士在以色列本·古里安大學管理學院獲得博士學位后，先后在以色列特拉維夫大學管理系、美國北卡羅琳娜大學公共政策系完成博士后研究工作。目前為以色列奧諾學術學院工商行政管理項目負責人之一，在創業融資、初創企業發展、創新及技術政策等方面擁有淵博的知識和豐富的經驗。此次受邀來華在重慶、成都等地進行創新創業方面的系列演講。每一次的演講又分為創業意識、創業融資、初創企業發展、高新技術集群發展、創新及技術政策、精益創業、商業模式發展、商業計劃寫作等八個具體部分，全面涵蓋了創業者從“靈光一閃”到具體實施的每一步。同時，Gil Avnimelech博士還詳細介紹了以色列國家的發展歷程和以色列高科技產業集群化發展的進程，以色列政府對創新創業的政策支持，以及以色列的“孵化器”、投融資機構的運作模式等。

Gil Avnimelech博士現場接受記者采訪時表示，在中國政府向公眾發出“大眾創業、萬眾創新”的背景下，創新創業已經成為中國的國家戰略，而以色列在這方面具有較多經驗，這一定能夠成為以色列與重慶乃至中國進一步開展項目交流合作的基礎。

對于多數中國創業者最為關心的“如何找到賺錢的商業模式”、如何能夠得到一個掙錢的“金點子”等問題，Gil Avnimelech博士認為，最好的創業創意一定來自于市場，應該真正的深入消費者、深入市場去了解他們的真實需求，認真地去傾聽和了解他們想要的服務到底是什么，通過這樣的互動調查以后，一定能夠發現市場上真實的潛在需求。同時，他還強調，失敗的經驗對于創業者來說彌足珍貴，“以色列風投公司更愿意投資那些有過失敗經歷的企業家。”

To realize mutually beneficial cooperation,Cobi Yonovsky,Deputy Consul General of Consulate General of Israel in Chengdu,and Lei Hong,Director of Chongqing Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs,both agreed to the initiatives of bilateral cooperation that covers array of sectors,including supporting the measures of entrepreneurship,as well as strengthening the business environment of being creative and innovative.Cobi Yonovsky proposed Israel’s bid to expand substantial cooperation with Chongqing in high-tech innovative projects.

Meanwhile,with the glorious historical and technological achievements in mind,Dr.Gil Avnimelech thoroughly demonstrated that Israeli government has approved programs supporting innovations and technology-related entrepreneurship.

He also indicated that Chinese government’s proposal to jointly explore markets by popular entrepreneurship and innovation is one of the most strategic initiatives for boosting connectivity and cooperation.To further advancing closer cooperation between Israel and Chongqing,there is still much more the two sides can learn from each other,and Dr.Gil Avnimelech hopes Israel will grow to be a hub for Chongqing investments.

When reform and innovation fuel a massive wave of entrepreneurship from grassroots level upwards across the whole China,“what is the most efficient business model for entrepreneurship”or “how to be a successful entrepreneur”have become the Chinese entrepreneurs’first concern.And Dr.Gil Avnimelech believes that markets should be the most potential and resourceful place where will be always unlocked to entrepreneurs who are innovative and creative,in the meantime,entrepreneurs should be constantly regenerating from their experiences while being vigorous,remaining robust.
