It is really important that the English learning tools will work a lot.Hold the major objective of English teaching that how to improve the students'oral English and English communication ability.

1 How to cultivate and keep interest in learning English

Interest is the best teacher.With various flexible teaching methods,organize the student to carry on the wide range of language practice,through a variety of means to arouse students'enthusiasm of the practice,strengthen students'interests to learning English,and the students will become more and more interested in practice.

1.1 Grasp the opportunities to render English classroom atmosphere and to arouse students'interest and thirst for knowledge.

Usually elementary school students are childish,active and dare to say. They are curious about everything.Therefore,we should properly change their classroom into activity place to conduct themselves,to stimulate their interest in learning English and to strengthen learning motivation increase steadily.

1.2 study the teaching material thoroughly,prepares a lesson earnestly,increase interest in the teaching process of.

Make sure that the student's thought has always been in a positive position and make their interest escalate.Secondly,increase interesting at every step of the teaching progress.The diversity of teaching methods helps to maintain the interest of the students.

1.3 Make sure that teaching material keep pace with the times as far as possible and be close to the daily life of the students.

Teaching ways of communication and interaction should be given priority.After the impact of network and so on many kinds of resources,the limitation of the teaching material will become more prominent.With vivid images,real pictures and beautiful and graceful language enrich the students'imagination and stimulate students'interest and thirst for knowledge.

2 A.From tool to culture:a new realm of foreign language learning

The real foreign language learning should be an interaction process from tools to culture.language only in the corresponding culture atmosphere can truly be activated.However culture,only in positive language deformation and communication,can be charming.

2.1 Make students actively participate and use the brain and mouth.

Teachers should seen the students as life bodies,which have growth potential.The focus of foreign language teaching is no longer"what to teach for the teachers",but should be"for the teachers in class how to create the conditions of the brain and the mouth".It will let students take their initiative and the creativity in the process of learning English and enhance the ability of students’using English.

2.2 Develop thinking space of students,arouse the enthusiasm of students learning English

The teacher should be adept in guiding students to think,to discuss,to answer and ask questions,rather than to restrict students'thinking or passively to follow the teacher.We can fully arouse the students'subjectivity and creativity,and by creating situation we offer them its independent thinking space,and help them to jump out of the passive infusion situation,and become host of the study.

2.3 Take various forms of English extracurricular activities

Design and organize various moderate-difficulty extracurricular activities.Through activities we can make the students apply their knowledge to practice.At the same time,they will get to know themselves,get different level of achievements,and enhance the self-confidence of English application. These intelligence games will make the students help each other,affect each other,and hence make progress.

2.4 Interaction process from tools to culture

As a kind of communicative language,English is one of communication tools in our daily life.The aim of the tool is only for the exchange each other. Therefore,when having English classes,teachers should hold the lecture for some of the British and American culture,British and American amorous feelings,and the difference between Chinese and English cultures to make students understand the cultural background of English language.

3 The main goal of the foreign language teaching is communication ability training

From China in recent years to second language communication will and growing research,it is easy to see more and more people have realized that,to really improve the learners'communicative language ability,first to develop their communication with the wishes of the foreign language,in other words,in addition to the communication ability,the foreign language teaching of yao table should also include the will of the training of the communicative.

3.1 Standard and international pronunciation

English will inevitably have Chinese pronunciation phenomenon of negative transfer,and standard of the internationalization of pronunciation is we speak English first step,then must ask teachers have standard pronunciation,and students should listen more to see the English original film.Such not only meet the children watching cartoons requirements,but also for the children to provide a real language environment,standard real pronunciation,is their English standard pronunciation,spoken English in order to improve.

3.2 The more practice,the more progress you will make

In the elementary school students English beginners,then we using pure English teaching,can even the slogan for English all campus,believe in this kind of environment and atmosphere,the students will no longer have that "han turn the"transformation of thinking.Students of the English will blurt out,communication skills will be the real improvement.

3.3 Establish a new teacher-student relationship and pay attention to emotional communication between teachers and students.

If the educators think that man's nature is lazy and that we grow old deserting our ideals and need strict teaching to enlightenment conscience,so authoritative relationship between teachers and students should be the most effective.So,we must establish new relationship between teachers and students.

3.4 Keep the permanent appeal of English to the students

Firstly,cater to students'individual needs and abilities.Students with the low level knowledge practice a lot.Be patient for their questions to protect their enthusiasm.Secondly,more care and encouragement.Caring for students can arouse students'motivation to learn and encouraging students can strengthen students’learning confidence.

4 Concusion

In terms of English teachers,on the one hand,they should teach students knowledge and make them master skills.On the other hand they should pay more attention to how to keep students'interest in this subject.
