摘要 [目的]研究光照時間對嶗山奶山羊泌乳量及乳成分的影響。[方法]選擇體重、胎次、產(chǎn)奶量、產(chǎn)羔日期相近,健康泌乳高峰期嶗山奶山羊母羊12只,隨機分成3組,每組4只。采用人工光照的方式,使奶山羊每天的光照時間分別由自然光照的10 h增加到13 h和16 h。通過試驗測定了嶗山奶山羊的產(chǎn)奶量、乳脂率和乳蛋白率,并分析了經(jīng)濟效益。[結(jié)果]當(dāng)光照時間為13 h時,試驗羊的產(chǎn)奶量均顯著高于10 h和16 h試驗?zāi)躺窖颍≒<0.05 ),而在乳脂率和總干物質(zhì)等指標(biāo)上各試驗組間也沒有顯著差異(P>0.05 ),且光照13 h 組比16 h 組有更高的經(jīng)濟效益。[結(jié)論]建議在奶山羊飼養(yǎng)管理中每天提供13 h光照較好。

Effects of Sunlight Duration on the Milk Performance of Laoshan Dairy Goats

Abstract [Objective] The aim of the experiment was to study the infection that sunlight duration on the production performance of Laoshan dairy goats. [Method]12 late lactation Laoshan dairy goats which had the similar level of milk yield, weight, date of lambing, healthy lactation peak were selected in this experiment, and the trial had adopted onefactor completely random design. Experiments were divided into three groups. The light duration per day of the experimental group B and C per day were 13 hours, 16 hours, and A group was the control group, which sunlight duration per day was 10 hours. [Result]The results showed that the goats milk yield in the sunlight duration for 13 hours group per day were significantly higher than for 10 hours group and 16 hour group (P<0.05 ), and there is no significant difference in butterfat content and dry matter between 13 h group and 16 h group and the former had high financial reward. [Conclusion] Therefore sunlight duration for 13 hours light per day might be most appropriate for dairy goats.

近年來,奶山羊在世界范圍內(nèi)呈現(xiàn)持續(xù)增長的發(fā)展趨勢和良好的市場前景,越來越受到人們的重視和青睞。羊奶營養(yǎng)獨特,產(chǎn)品市場前景廣闊。作為 “奶中之王”,羊奶在我國發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)(如廣東、福建等南方省市)消費者將羊奶看作一種天然高級補品,已成為奶業(yè)市場的新寵,呈現(xiàn)供不應(yīng)求的現(xiàn)狀,鮮羊奶的售價可高達(dá)10~16元/kg。此外,羊奶干酪還是歐美消費者喜食的營養(yǎng)佳品[1]。近年來,隨著人們生活水平的提高,奶酪和酸奶等奶制品也成為國內(nèi)龐大消費者所喜愛的產(chǎn)品,總之未來的羊奶市場很廣闊。
產(chǎn)奶山羊中,嶗山奶山羊是我國優(yōu)良的奶山羊品種之一,具有體軀大、適應(yīng)性強、遺傳性能穩(wěn)定、產(chǎn)奶量高和耐粗飼等特點,并于1989年列入《中國羊品種志》[2] ,并以優(yōu)良的產(chǎn)奶性能為世界所認(rèn)可[3]。研究表明,1只產(chǎn)奶量中等水平和產(chǎn)奶量高等水平的奶山羊每年分別可產(chǎn)500和800 kg羊奶,說明奶山羊產(chǎn)奶具有很大的彈性區(qū)間[4]。
隨著羊奶市場的不斷發(fā)展,羊奶成為人們競相購買的對象,并呈現(xiàn)供不應(yīng)求的趨勢。在這種情勢下,研究環(huán)境因素對奶山羊產(chǎn)奶量的影響已成為亟待解決的課題。利用嶗山奶山羊這個優(yōu)良品種探討其最優(yōu)的產(chǎn)奶環(huán)境條件,使人們在現(xiàn)有條件下獲得最大的經(jīng)濟效應(yīng),具有重要的實踐意義。
在可控的環(huán)境因素中,光照是在實際操作中比較容易控制的因素。研究表明,光照可直接影響動物的生理機能,比如它能影響畜禽的生理機能和生產(chǎn)性能,在家禽生產(chǎn)中通過增加光照時間已經(jīng)使禽類的產(chǎn)蛋率大幅度地提高[5]。國內(nèi)外學(xué)者用奶牛進(jìn)行光照試驗,發(fā)現(xiàn)光照能夠影響產(chǎn)奶量、采食量和乳脂率。筆者研究光照對奶山羊泌乳性能的影響,并分析其經(jīng)濟效益。
